Gorgeous property! We have stayed a few spots around Chocolate Hole, and this is certainly the favorite. Views are breathtaking! Owner is super easy to communicate with and checked in a few times to ensure our stay was great. Lots of space for guests and the pool was great as well. What a stunning property with phenomenal views! Would highly recommend!

Spent a week with family (3 couples) at Southern Cross and it was beautiful. the property is very comfortable with awesome views and amenities. Arrival was super easy. Plenty of parking for several cars in driveway. Property was super clean with plenty of pool towels and beach chairs. The master suite bedrooms were great for our 3 couples. Kitchen and outdoor dining setup was excellent, as we cooked out on several nights under the beautiful stars. Easy 8 minute drive to Cruz Bay restaurants and bars. Had a couple of minor maintenance issues, but host was very responsive so never became a problem. Benjamin was easy to reach and communications with him were productive. Overall a great stay in St John.

This was our first trip to St John and I had hoped for a smooth and effortless vacation - as much as is ever possible. Mission accomplished! The house rental was fantastic! What a great property - gorgeous house, spectacular views, clean as a whistle and a short hop down the hill to town and the beaches. The house manager, Drew, couldn't have been more accommodating on all fronts. We had a wee glitch with timing of rental cars, so he offered to pick us up at the dock which was incredible after a long day of traveling. I had also ordered all of our groceries in advance and Drew made sure that the house was opened for the delivery then stocked everything that needed to be refrigerated. For all of this, we were able to just slide directly into vacation mode and enjoy. Wonderful trip. 10/10!!
