Very clean, beautiful property, fully kitted out, very quiet

Location was a bit far out the city. Busses were easy

calm and comfort

The apartment was superb! Everything was spotless and comfortable with facilities I don't often see in an apartment when I stay in Italy! I cannot recommend enough!

It was further out of the main part of the city

The cleanliness, especially the hotel-level quality and arrangement of the bed sheets, was excellent. The check-in process was very smooth. The overall condition of the building and the neighborhood were aesthetically pleasing. The host was polite and responsive.

Reaching the city from the location was quite difficult. It's not very clear on the map, but the apartment is located uphill. There are no markets nearby, and you need to walk 15–20 minutes downhill to reach the nearest Carrefour. Without a car, it's truly a challenging location. The only convenient connection is by bus to the main train station, but otherwise, staying closer to the Florence city center would definitely be a better choice. Additionally, the apartment is right next to a main road and very noisy due to cars and motorbikes. The living room had only a small couch, which was not sufficient for our group of four. The kitchen was under-equipped. The washing machine was located outside, in a corner of the garden, which made doing laundry quite uncomfortable.
