An enjoyable stay

Good location. Access to centre of Florence 25 minute walk. Accommodation spacious and very clean. The host was easily contactable, a lovely lady.

We had difficulty finding bus stop to the accommodation from train station, delayed our arrival to accommodation by a couple of hours. Perhaps clearer instructions would have been helpful. Such as Google Map screenshot of bus stop location from the host which eventually resolved the issue. Maybe too noting you can pay on bus with credit card so don't need to worry so much about places to buy bus tickets. On a positive note our host was lovely and did her best to help us out.

The apartment was clean, but the location was inconvenient, noisy, poorly equipped for a group of 4

The cleanliness, especially the hotel-level quality and arrangement of the bed sheets, was excellent. The check-in process was very smooth. The overall condition of the building and the neighborhood were aesthetically pleasing. The host was polite and responsive.

Reaching the city from the location was quite difficult. It's not very clear on the map, but the apartment is located uphill. There are no markets nearby, and you need to walk 15–20 minutes downhill to reach the nearest Carrefour. Without a car, it's truly a challenging location. The only convenient connection is by bus to the main train station, but otherwise, staying closer to the Florence city center would definitely be a better choice. Additionally, the apartment is right next to a main road and very noisy due to cars and motorbikes. The living room had only a small couch, which was not sufficient for our group of four. The kitchen was under-equipped. The washing machine was located outside, in a corner of the garden, which made doing laundry quite uncomfortable.

Very nice and comfortable!

Everything was perfect! The neighborhood feels very safe and nice. Entry was very easy and the location was easy to find. The place has a very nice balcony that everyone could collectively use. Beds were comfortable and everything was clean. Microvawe and the coffee machine was really a life saver!!!

Theres a bus stop nearby so it was easy to travel. But when we decided to walk it took us 40 minutes to get to Duomo. If you are planning on getting back home at late hours, after the busses stop, it will be a little long to walk. But it is worth it!

A really lovely choice for a group of four people

Very comfortable, cozy, Tuscany style apartment! Ideal for a group of four people. The master bedroom was enormous and beautifully furnished. Kitchen and bathroom were both well equipped. The owner and staff were kind and helpful whenever needed. Bus stop close to the apartment and some great food spots too! Strongly recommended!

Comfortable and convenient

I made a booking mistake and couldn’t check out the day I was scheduled for. I thought we had it for another day and we were away on a bus trip. The owner graciously worked with the incoming guest and we were able to stay the extra night. It was a huge relief since I really didn’t know what we would do.

Nice spacious property

Very nice, clean and spacious property. Laura was nice and very responsive to all requests. There was free parking around the streets - which was bonus for me.

There is road noise that you can hear inside. Also, the location is a ~2Kms from main city and on hill -- so be ready to walk to reach city.

Very stylish appartment in a great neighborhood - Great restaurants nearby

The apartment was decorated with good taste and style and high ceilings. The kitchen was super clean and tidy and they even had an espresso machine with a nice stock of coffee capsules. We were really close to the Porta Romana and the restaurants nearby were really great. There was good security. There was a lock on the gate to the property, a lock on the front door of the Villa and another lock for our apartment. We parked our car directly outside the Villa and could see the car from the apartment window.

There is traffic noise when you open the windows. The main road is very busy - there is a bus line, and some of the cars & motorcycles are speeding way over the limit (especially at night) which is stressful and dangerous when you walk up or down from the center.

The host - Laura is an amazing lady. The apartment left us awstruck! its big and beautiful, it has everything one needs, its an ideal location with buses every 10 mins! Laura even helped us with the laundry and keeping our luggage even after the check out . Phenomenal experience , Amazing place! Highly recommended.

Large rooms; very cold AC in large bedroom and living space. Very responsive host when we had issues accessing the front door initially.

No AC in the second bedroom. Tiny shower! No shelf or area to set shower items and it was almost too small to bend down to get them when needed during the shower. Water pressure and temperature changed constantly during showers.

Small shower. The bus stop is 180m from the apartment but there aren't frequent buses especially in the weekend. We didn't find any convenient store in a small distance from the apartment. The number of the address of the apartment is wrong at the booking site.

Wonderful, chique, clean, and comfortable appartement close to the heart of the city.

We loved the apartment and its surrounding. Laura was readily available through messages and by phone for some additional guidance.

Some of the other guests staying at the same house were loud, banging the doors late in the night. I would suggest adding a toaster to the kitchen.

Exceptional

The apartment and rooms were very spacious and comfortable. The bathroom was a good size. Parking was free across the road from the apartment which we did not move for the 3 days we were there. Nice walk into Florence about 20 minutes with plenty of bars/restaurants on the way. We would highly recommend this apartment.

Laura was very good with communication and very helpful.The apartment is lovely.

It is a 30 minute walk into the city. There are buses a 5 minute walk or taxis. You need cash to buy tickets from the tabac. Be aware you need cash for the tourist tax when you leave. The nearest ATM is a 15 minute walk down in the old town. The apartment supplied coffee . No tea or milk. There isn't a supermarket close by if you're getting in late. The road is noisy but Laura supplied ear plugs which helped.

It was a good accommodation!

The owner answered quickly to our messages and the information provided was useful. It is easy to find a parking place near to the house. The kitchen was well equipped. We have asked for a baby cot, which was provided.

It was a bit cold in the house for my taste. I am sure that in the summer time this cooler will be appreciated. You can hear the noise produced by the cars passing on the street near the house, but honestly once you fall asleep, you hear nothing - our baby slept really well.

The apartment is clean, the interior is pleasant.

The apartment is very cold. At night the temperature dropped to 16°C, at day - 17°C. To this - the absolute lack of sound insulation. The apartment overlooks the roadway where cars constantly drive. The feeling that you are sleeping right on the street and cars are driving past you. Terrible experience, I do not recommend this apartment, especially if you are going for more than one night, as not sleeping well for several days is not the best condition for a good holiday.

it is a bit further from the centre than we would have liked and it is situated at the top of a hill which meant having to get taxis home.We would advise that if they have British guests some welcoming milk is essential as the nearest shop is too far up and down the hill.

Good location when you are by car. Close to the center of Firenze and bus transport nearby when needed

The isolation of the place is not sufficient and that leaves you in a noisy apartment next to a busy road. And this results into broken hours in the nights. The provided ear plugs are a nice gesture but unfortunately not sufficient The blankets in the second bedroom were smelly.

Superb

Very spacious, clean, comfortable beds. Easy access and arrival info, responsive host. Good location, not far from Boboli Gardens which was a nice way to walk into Florence. 35 min walk to Duomo if going direct.

It was all very good. Only comments would be that there wasn't a kitchen knife sharp enough to do any sort of food prep and the fridge door didn't close properly without jigging it about. Road was noisy but we appreciated the ear plugs!
