The facilities there were all fantastic, my kids and families and children all enjoyed the indoor open swimming pools, play area and games room, it's a shame we didn't have time to explore the cinema experience due to our time there.

The rooms fixture and fittings were not fitted properly and can easily harm a child so we had to keep an eye on children, bathroom door locks and shelves were not properly fitted and also had to pay a little extra than what was quoted and agreed, confirmed by Booking.com. this places does not accept and payment cards, i.e. visa or credit card, cash in hand only. So please make sure once you have booked online to get in touch with them to check how much you actually have to pay for staying. Also avoid the restaurant at all cost, not worth the money plus food won't be ready until an hour and a half once ordered. Dine outside much better and cheaper.

Clean

Enough space for 4 people in a 2 bedroom apartment. have basic facilities like microwave, hot water kettle, pop up toaster and mini fridge. the property has a pool, gym, spa which are good, well maintained. you can even order food late night/ post midnight in the room at a little extra charge from the property restaurant. hot water is good, wifi internet is also decent. they provide basic toiletries like toothbrush/ paste/ soap/ shampoo and towels. but no hand towels/ napkins / tissue papers are provided. on request we were provided with an iron box and chair etc for the balcony. polite staff. if you are not planning on spending a lot of time in the room/ at the property, this is a decent place to stay. Beds were comfortable and clean. we were here for work, and were out mostly from afternoon till night so absence of small things/ facilities did not matter much.

it is far from the center and main market area, not too many eating options around. it is better to have a car / transport if you are staying at this property. difficult to get auto/ cabs. bathrooms need cleaning, as they are slippery and dirty. flush in both bathrooms did not work. no tissue papers in bathroom or in the room/ kitchen. the kitchenette had few spoons/ vessels but in extremely dirty condition. no hand towels. the AC Controls don’t work properly. the TVs in the room did not work.

Cleanness was a problem. rooms were neat and clean but the utensils and cutlery was not washed. One can clearly see oil stains from previous use. Also mosquitoes is a big challenge.
