    Dear Sir/Ma’am, I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding the highly inappropriate, rude, and unprofessional conduct of the security personnel posted at the entrance of Rajhans Belliza, Dumas. On 5th April, 2026 around 12 pm, we visited the premises after successfully making a payment of ₹2,730 for our booking. During the entry process, we politely asked a genuine question regarding whether ID proof was required for all guests, as one individual in our group did not have a hard copy of the identification document. Instead of addressing the query in a professional manner, the security guard responded in an extremely rude and disrespectful tone, stating words to the effect of: “Aapko samajh nahi aa raha hai kya bol rahe hain? Andar jana hai to jao, nahi to gate yahi hai, bahar nikal jao.” Such language and behavior towards paying guests is completely unacceptable and reflects a serious lack of professionalism. Furthermore, when we informed him that we would escalate the matter and file a complaint, he responded in an arrogant and intimidating manner, stating: “Jo karna hai kar lo, mera hi hotel hai, main hi manage kar raha hoon, meri complaint mujhe hi karoge kya?” This statement is deeply concerning and demonstrates not only misconduct but also an attempt to discourage guests from raising legitimate grievances. As per the identification card visible on his uniform, his name appeared to be Ravikumar J. Prasad (or a similar name). We request that this matter be investigated immediately, including a review of the CCTV footage at the entrance during the relevant time. Appropriate disciplinary action should be taken against the concerned individual to prevent recurrence of such incidents with any other guests. Please treat this matter as urgent and confirm the action taken at the earliest.

    There is no proper check in time and check out time. They ask us to check out at 10:30 in 5-10 min and when we have to check in they give us allowance at 11:30 There is no guest privacy . They call us at 1 am just because they want something from our room that they kept there. We won’t recommend this property to anyone.
