    Overall a great stay. Pro: - staff is VERY friendly and helpful. If you need anything, ask them, they'll kindly help you. - location is super convenient. Close to restaurants, shops and trains. - the view from high floors is amazing. We got the 13th floor and got to enjoy the changing views of Sakurajima - fresh towels daily, and trash emptying Cons: - cleanliness is a bit dubious at times. Every 3 days you are supposed to get full room cleaning. We saw that the bed was made up, but the bath and floors did not seem cleaned. My dad and I both got an unusual eye infection in the hotel, so I recommend wiping the surfaces yourself with disinfecting wipes. - breakfast is always the SAME. We stayed for 10 nights, and it got increasingly difficult to keep eating the same set day after day. - the website or the hotel page on Agoda make it hard to decipher what the actual breakfast is, but it's the same Japanese set every single day. The only buffet items are: -- the coffee machine with dofferent coffee drinks, milk, apple amd orange juices, and green and black tea -- rice, natto and seaweed - keihan rice toppings (platter with chicken, egg and mushroom with soup) This is good for a short stay, but if you are staying long, don't pay for the breakfast ahead of time for all nights. Get it for a day, two or three and then decide whether you wanna eat something else. There are a wealth of convenience stores and supermarkets nearby, plus restaurants, so pop out and get what you like. I think that's what we'll be doing next time. The price is unbeatable, room is comfortable enough if on the sunny side (some rooms are in the shade and very cold and a bit sad). We thank the staff for being very kind and warm. You guys are great!

    We thought the location was quite good as it was near to shops restaurants and transport. Very handy as the airport bus stop was a 5 minute walk from the hotel. We were expecting a small room but it was smaller than we had expected and there was no outlook at all as the window was heavily opaque so we could not look out at all. We felt the hotel was OK for purpose and could recommend it but quite honestly have had a lot better during our two visits to Japan for the same price. For a short visit it does the job.
