About this house rental
This beautiful home is a rare find in Ocean Lakes Family Campground. Located on a corner double lot in the much desirable mobile home section of the campground. As soon as you walk up the covered steps to the main level, you are greeted by a large wrap around deck. Inside is a spacious open concept kitchen and dining area, beautiful archway entry into the living room with numerous windows for sunlight. The private master suite is located on the main level. Upstairs there are two more master bedrooms with one leading onto a private balcony where you can relax and watch the golf carts go by. The other two bedrooms share a common bathroom. Palm Pointe is conveniently located to all the amenities Ocean Lakes has to offer!
We take pride in providing our guests with a home away from home at the beach. The house is checked before and after each rental to ensure the house is clean and ready for your stay. A cleaning fee is required. Bring your own linens (sheets and towels) for 1 king and 4 queens. A linen service is available for an additional fee upon request. There is no smoking or vaping inside the house. A gas grill is provided for your use (you must provide your own gas.) We do not have a golf cart included in the rental but Ocean Lakes rents golf carts for a portion or all of your stay. Ocean Lakes requires a parking/gate fee not included in rental that also gives you access to all the campground amenities. $12 per day per car. The property can accommodate 3 cars for parking.

We enjoy the family friendly atmosphere of Ocean Lakes & their children activities. The house was in a cery good lication withon l bedrooms & bathrooms was roomy to accomodate our family of 10. The location of the house within Ocean Lakes was very good.

This was our second stay in this house and it was just as nice as we remembered! It’s in a great location, very clean and the kitchen is well stocked with everything that you would need to cook while you stay. We had three families staying and three small children, there was plenty of room for us to spread out. The kids also loved all of the Halloween activities in the campground this time of year. We hope to be able to stay again in the future.

Pros- the location was great and there was plenty of room
Cons- wifi wasn’t great. Floors were FILTHY upon arrival like it wasn’t mopped in months, sand on the floor in a pile, dust on every light fixture and blinds, dirty toilets and the dishwasher didn’t work.
