The apartment is a perfect fit for a family of 3 (2 adults and teenager). The place is very well maintained, feels new. There are 3 air conditioners, so it is really comfy. Eleni (the host) is very friendly and helpful. Location is perfect - close to the beaches (2 min slow walk), close to supermarket with very good choice of everything, relatively close to taxi stand. Rethymno is 5 min drive by taxi (€7), or 25 min walk.
kitchen utensils could be "enriched"; there is no dishwasher, though it's not really needed; there is no safe lock, but the place is pretty secure

La gentillesse et la disponibilité de notre hôte. La propreté du logement, la décoration, la terrasse agréable. L’appartement est très fonctionnel. La Proximité de la plage, des arrêts de bus, des restaurants, bars et supérette. Rien a redire.

Nice, modern rooms with a huge terrace and all necessary equipment The beach is only few minutes walk away.
- Location; much traffic due to the road - sometimes tricky to get a parking place for the car - would nice to have an water cooker
