In general the resort is perfect. The facilities, the restaurants are amazing.
Some improvements are needed with the staff. They appear to be limited in number and not sufficiently experienced, especially in the main restaurant during breakfast service. This is the area that most urgently requires attention. The service level is currently below the standard expected from a five star luxury hotel.
