Generally, it's a cute apartment in a good location, close to metro & cafes and grocery stores.
There were a lot of minor things that disappointed us in our stay. The soap and shampoo provided were in almost empty, large bottles. One of them smelled STRONGLY of semen so we just threw it out. The dishes were kind of clean but not clean enough for us to eat from without washing them first. The table in the balcony didn't stand straight (one bent leg). We had to clean out the AC filters ourselves because otherwise the AC barely cooled the room.
Things like that.
