The apartment is really nice. Spacious with a comfortable bed.
As per booking.com description, the room was supposed to be air-conditioned. But the day I arrived, the attendant (Valentina) informed that the technician would be coming the next day to repair the air-conditioning. She took permission from me to enter the room for the same reason. I stayed for 4 nights and the technician never arrived. No answer from Valentina about why too.
In the washing machine, someone had left wet towels and when I opened the machine door, the place started stinking so I informed the staff. No answer about it! So i kept the stinky towels in the balcony amd shut the door so the smell wouldn't enter the room.
There was supposed to be bottle of drinking water, which was kept only on the day I arrived. Later, when I asked, I was asked to drink water from kitchen tap!
A day prior to leaving, Valentina asked me to inform when I'd be checking out and I informed her i would be leaving at 7:45 am. On the day of leaving, I kept calling her amd she didn't answer! I sent texts that weren't answered. I eventually left the keys hanging to the main gate.
No clue who is the boss or who runs the place. My attempts to send texts to the main Vinto House number too weren't answered. Horrible service. Never ever seen anything like it.
