The staff were my favorite part - friendly and flexible. Allowed me to drop bag much earlier than check-in. Room was as shown in photos. Location to train station is good while not being so close that you're in the transit center.
Breakfast was lackluster (a couple individually packaged dry, sugary breads plus jam). Internet was basic speed and dropped out frequently - even with switching between the two wifi options. Most of the basic web browsing worked (email etc), but it was too slow for applications or video calls.

Convenient to the train station, and an easy walk into the central part of Brindisi.
The room was quite small. Although an arrival time was specified, upon arrival, there was no one there to meet us. The check-in process was not explained in advance.
