    We liked the staff, facilities and location overall, but there was a mixup with my room. On the website that I booked the room, we were supposed to have a room with two twin beds pushed together. There was even a photo of it upon booking and during booking, I was asked if I wanted the beds together or separate. However, the room we received at the had a very small single bed. When I brought it up to the front desk manager, he did nothing but insist it was the room I ordered rather than try to come up with a solution to fix the problem and honor what my booking said. This really put a damper on our stay. The next day, Gabriella checked in and kindly offered to help us, but unfortunately, we had already finished most of our trip.
