This all-ground-floor property comes with one double with en-suite walk-in shower, basin and WC, a double with TV and a twin (zip/link, can be made into king-size on request) with TV, together sleeping six people and served by a shower room with walk-in shower, basin and WC. Completing the interior is an open-plan living room with kitchen, dining area and sitting area with electric fire. Outside, there is off-road parking for one car and a patio area with furniture and a hot tub. 10 The Link is a wonderful base for exploring this part of Cumbria.
Amenities: Gas central heating with electric fire. Electric oven, gas hob, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine. 4 x TVs and WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off-road parking for one car. South-facing decked patio area with seating, deck chairs and hot tub. One well behaved pet welcome. Sorry, no smoking allowed. Site facilities are available, you can buy passes for these at the park reception. Note: Even though the lodge is all one level, there are a few steps up to the decking area and entrance. Shop within 0.1 miles, pub in 1.3 miles
