About this cottage rental
Great cottage with superb views over open country side. Located mid way between Cartmel & Newby Bridge at the south end of Lake Windermere, the cottage is well equipped & features a large entrance hall, a 2nd wc & washbasin on the ground floor, spacious living room with a wood burning stove, large sun room which can be used as a dining room. Well equipped kitchen which includes a dishwasher, built in oven & microwave.
Upstairs there is a king double bedroom with its own (2nd) door in to the upstairs bathroom & a large twin bedroom.
One of the sofas in the living room can be used as a large double sofa bed.
The garden is large & enclosed with a long drive way with space for several cars.

"I stayed here with my 4 kids (19,18,14 and 12) and dog. 14 and 12 slept on sofa bed in lounge room. Cottage is beautiful and very spacious. Very large garden. Pretty views. Would stay again."
