This gated 5-star resort is packed with amenities and entertainment for the whole family. It has a beautiful pool, lazy river, game room, playground, basketball court, soccer field, and a volleyball court. Guests can navigate the web using our wireless Internet access. The private pool heater is NOT included with your stay. There is a separate fee of $40 per day for the pool heater to be turned on and It is required to reserve for the number of nights of your entire stay. must be requested with 2 days advance notice. Please note that the water may take up to 24 - 48 hours to heat up. Heaters work through HEAT EXCHANGE and WILL NOT WORK in cold weather. If you still would like to heat the pool during cold conditions and it does not reach the desired temperature, we will not be able to offer a refund.
BBQ Grill Fee $75 per stay. (Please request at least 48 hours prior to your arrival)
Trash Removal Services are 7 days per week.
Please have trash in the bin by 7:00 AM daily (please do not place any trash at the curb).
Place any excess bags next to the bin.
All trash must be bagged and tied in 13-gallon kitchen bags, and can’t weigh more than 30 lbs.
Grocery bags are not allowed. Loose trash will not be picked up.
NO Liquids are allowed; please empty all containers and bags properly.
All large and medium-sized cardboard boxes must be flattened and small boxes must be bagged.
Florida law does not allow opened food to be kept in the kitchen or refrigerator so all food items are removed after each guest checks out. Therefore there will be no supply of items such as condiments, coffee grounds, etc. before check-in.
***For your safety, this home is equipped with outdoor security cameras outside by the front.

The stay was more than we expected. The host communication was always prompt when we needed it. Home has everything you need. Very spacious. Pool was nice and clean. Plenty of towels l, blankets, and pillows. All appliances are basically new and work great. Property has access to great water park for the kids as well. Neighborhood is very family oriented can be a bit noisy at night but overall would recommend to anyone looking for great vacation rental. We will be back definitely on the near future.

Check in was really easy. We were granted permission to check in a couple hours early but didn't end up needing to because we arrived later than expected. The home is really nice and modern, very nice furnishings, great pool, that although cold the kids enjoyed! There were a lot of cosmetic marks on the walls and stains on the carpet that we documented to show were there prior to our arrival. The trundle bed was unusable as it was boarded up. Per the host the previous renters left the home in a mess and they scrambled to ready it for us, she offered to have someone remove the boards so that we could use the bed, and assured us it was safe, we ended up making due without it. The internet was out the whole first night and most of the next day, but she was on top of getting it functional. We arrived the day before thanksgiving and she had it working by thanksgiving afternoon by having emergency technicians out to fix it! The community pool was a blast, we spent an entire day there! OverLl it was a great stay in a great place and the host communicated with us all along the way. Thanks again!

Monica our host was great!
However I let her know right away that the property was dirty!!! All the walls had marks and scuffs the hallways the bathrooms the bedrooms the stairs!! the carpets were filthy dirty with lots of stains!!! the pool was dirty as well it had a very thick film of who knows what and the bottom of the pool had several spots of debris
( I was told" oh this time of year in Florida there's pollen and storms")
Well I live in Florida and I've never ever had this disgusting film in my pool!! Also my daughter stayed in the same complex and her pool was beautiful!!!
No Amenities in the townhouse!!
No hair dryers! not enough towels ! not enough cooking utensils!! the pots and pans were dirty i had to re wash everything!! they say leave all plates in the dishwasher ,really you leave 1 pod!!!!
the couch isn't comfortable, they say it accommodates 12 comfortably NOT there isn't enough room in the living area to accommodate 12!!!! there's so much more but my vacation was ruined and we were all frustrated so ya I'm done
