About this house rental
You will love this brand new 5 bedroom house called Dubai Oasis. It is the perfect place to call home while you are on your perfect Disney area vacation. When you enter the house, you immediately feel at home. The house has current furnishings and modern decor.
On the first floor you will find the kitchen, which has a large open kitchen and an island bar. There is also a beautiful living room and dining room on the first floor. You have pool access through the sliding glass door where you are led outside to the pool outdoor dining area and private pool!There is also a bedroom on the first floor with an ensuite. This room is outfitted with one Queen bed.
As you go up the stairs, you will hit the second floor that has the rest of the bedrooms. Bedroom two has a queen-sized bed with an ensuite. Bedroom three has a king-sized bed with an ensuite as well. The house has a washing machine and a dryer that is stored upstairs in a utility closet space. Bedroom four has a Mickey-themed bedroom with two twin beds. Bedroom five has Toy Story themed room with a Bunk bed and share a bathroom.
When staying in this house, you have access to all the resort amenities! Windsor at Westside is located in the Davenport area with easy access to Orlando’s theme parks, dining, and shopping. Just 30 miles from Orlando International Airport, Windsor at Westside Resort features resort amenities such as a lazy river and a huge pool. You will also find a fitness center, basketball court, volleyball, tennis courts, and game room.
Enjoy all that Orlando has to offer such as the theme parks: Walt Disney World, Universal Studios, Sea World, Legoland, Discovery Cove, Aquatica and other attraction such as I-Drive, City Walk & Disney Springs; Shopping malls such as The Mall at Millenia, The Florida Mall and The Outlet Mall. Sports events include Orlando City soccer and Orlando Magic basketball.
Just over an hour drive away you will find some of Florida’s favorite beaches such as Cocoa Beach, Clearwater Beach, St. Pete Beach, New Smyrna Beach & Daytona Beach.

The unit was nice and is as described in the listing. It was clean and fit our family of 6 quite nicely. The pool area was nice but is very close to all of the neighbors pool area. Regardless, we still felt privacy while using this area. Due to the closeness of the units, the unit could be loud based on the neighbors you have during your stay. This was not bothersome to us as we are night owls as well. However, this should be something you consider based on your groups needs when booking this location.

We had a wonderful vacation, house was exactly as described, lots of space for our family of 6, host was very responsive, we would absolutely book again.

Pros: House was generally clean and quite spacious. Amenities offered were great for families. Lots of sleeping optionsCons: a bit far from the clubhouse and neighbours were extremely noisy - especially at night.

We stayed for 6 nights in January 2023. The house it self is not bad… but There are things regarding the house that must be improved. The poole table in the play room is very bad and both basketball baskets broken. Out side by the grill, the chers are in very bad condition and should be renevew immediately as well as the table. We have stayed in several houses in different neighborhoods in Kissimee and this one is ok, but not our favorite one.
