About this villa rental
This village stands out for its location as it is located on the famous GR 221 route that connects all the hiking routes of the Sierra de Tramuntana.
Here you can completely disconnect, enjoying the outdoor area with a large swimming pool, a barbecue and a large garden.
The villa is developed on two floors. On the first floor is the living room, a spacious kitchen with a dining table. Then there is the bedroom area, two of them with a double bed and air conditioning, and the third with bunk beds. These 3 share a full bathroom with a shower.
On the second floor is the main bedroom with a double bed and a complete en-suite bathroom. This has some large windows with mountain views.

The holiday home is located in a quiet area of La Font, a few minutes by car from Pollensa. The well-known beaches of Cala San Vicente and Puerto de Pollensa are located 4 km away. The main attraction of Cala Sant Vicente is enjoying the tranquillity and visiting the various beaches such as Cala Barques, Cala Clara and Cala Molin. The crystal-clear waters and rocky formations make Cala Sant Vicente an ideal place for diving.
In the old town of Pollença you will find many opportunities for shopping and a wide variety of restaurants. There is also a large fruit and vegetable market every Sunday.
The reference point of the old town are the 365 steps and the Calvary, at the top of which is the small 18th-century Baroque chapel. Each step symbolises a day of the year.
In the historical environment of Pollença, numerous cultural events and music festivals are held.

Great location. Peaceful but a short drive to Pollenca. Wonderful views and charming outside patio. Lovely pool but its not heated.

The house location is majestic, with a gorgeous view of the mountains. It was a privilege to sit by the pool amid the mountains and only hear the bells of sheep next door. However, you are still close to beaches and stores.. For those traveling in a larger group, should be aware that one of the bedrooms doesn’t have AC and the wifi doesn’t extend to any of the bedrooms downstairs. Pep was very responsive.

. Nestled at the foothill of nearby mountains, its surroundings are impressive and spectacular. The villa is surrounded by orange and lemon trees and we were fortunate to visit when they were in full bloom so the air was full of the scent of blossom. The villa itself is spacious and very lovely. It was very clean. Everything was full functioning and working. The outdoor eating areas and BBQ are great. The pool was lovely and refreshing. There was plenty of places to sit in the sun and the shade when it was too hot. It was very quiet and private so perfect to getaway and relax. We are looking forward to returning.
