Tom’s Court is situated on KingWilliam rd. Right in the city. Simply walk out the doors and catch the tram to the Adelaide Central Markets, Casino or even Glenelg. We love the position and have stayed many times especially when the Fringe is on. We love the friendly staff and clean rooms. We will keep coming back.

Stayed for two weeks. Traffic noise from King William Street reaches the fifth floor, which was the only real niggle - plus the daily “guess if housekeeping has done my washing up” on return each evening.

When I booked the room from Agoda, it said the room comes with a partial sea view. However, it faces an empty land. I reported this to the management, and they said they have no sea view. Am I entitled to a partial refund then? I haven't received a response from the hotel since I sent the booking information. Additionally, the toilet was smelly, the shower had stains, and the fridge made a strange sound. I woke up several times at night thinking someone might have gotten into the room. The pillowcase and duvet on one bed were old and dirty. Please note that the housekeeping service was limited during the Easter break. There was no point to book a room with full service. I booked a room without a service. Given the price I paid, I think it's expensive for the service provided. Other than that, I think it's a comfortable stay. It's far better than those branded hotels on the party street in town. It's also close to the central market and Chinatown with many dining options. The bed and pillows are comfortable.
