Pleasant and modern accommodation.

Location, comfortable, warm, more than adequate for our 2 night stay.

Had to call to obtain the key code even after arranging an earlier check in. Not a major problem but expected the portal to be updated. The low bed was troublesome for me as my mobility is limited. Small detail, there were no terrestrial tv stations and no signal could be obtained.

Lovely and relaxing

Nice and comfortable house, lots of amenities available. Great and handy to have a stairgate and a toddler bed guard for our little one!

Good location, comfy beds, but the property is tired and needs more care and a refurb (downstairs).

Location is great - very close to Tenby. The upstairs of the property is significantly better than downstairs. Beds are comfortable, but rather low down. Kitchen well equipped with most cooking implements one would need. Dishwasher tablets were supplied. Parking spaces are great and close although the number '1' couldn't be seen clearly due to the condition of fence.

There was lots of long black hair caught in the shower and the plug of the en suite - disgusting. Not what one expects to find and have to clean upon arrival. The downstairs is very tired and evidently fitted 15-20 years ago. The sofa was far past its best with no support. Obvious, poor filler work on the wall behind the TV - why not sand it back? Damp marks on ceiling. Kick board had fallen down in kitchen upon arrival. I reattached but it's not very secure. Many of the lights didn't work - for example, there were strip lights above the TV. Only 3 of 4 bulbs were present and only 1 of those worked! Several LED spots burnt out. The blind in the lounge had been tied-up by a lunatic; I eventually managed to untie it all, but it appears that it had been like that for a long time due to the amount of dust. Lots of scuffs on the walls where paintwork has come off or untidy finish to woodwork. (Upstairs and downstairs) Two plant pots with weeds at either side of the door... Outdoor seating area very tired; the fence needed staining years ago. There's also lots of weeds everywhere. I found the refundable £250 quite a joke judging by the above issues.

Tenby stay, not as expected

Good location just outside Tenby with a walk through the holiday park to the beach

It was not clear from the description of the property that the garden space was only accessible externally from the property which was not great for the dogs. The garden space was also not as per the photo with different furniture that lacked appeal. The windows were difficult to open and the blind in the lounge could be closed at night.

Beautiful house

Beautiful house, very clean. It's really comfortable and well stocked with kitchen equipment, towels and bedding. It's not too far from Tenby Centre. Great communication from Pillow Pals and booking.com

Extractor fan in ensuite bathroom not working, but after contacting Pillow Pals, I was assured it would be looked at. There are no instructions on how to open the Velux windows. Would have been nice to have a small BBQ supplied outside.

Well thought out conversion of building; comfortable and mostly well equipped; convenient for walk into Tenby

We were not warned about security deposit before booking, process was awkward, although quickly refunded; no tea towels, or coffee making facilities; lock box arrangements had changed, managing company had not picked up on this; recycling needs more information; regular reminders from managing company, but no real sense of welcome for what was a holiday for us.

amazing location

perfect location, clean inside, fresh bedding and towels. parking is right outside the door. beautiful area, plenty of clothes storage, amazing shower. Cupboards are full of pots pans and anything you could ever need.

outdoor area isn't private from the path and we had a few kids shouting in when we were sat there, it wasnt nice for my little one. the lighting didn't work either so we couldn't stay out there past 7/8 once the sun went round the other side of the house. There was a crack in the side of the bath which my son caught his leg on, just small things that could do with some fixing up like the blinds not working also. the plug in the bath doesn't work so the water doesn't stay in. I think it just needs a little TLC, especially for the amount paid.

there is no access to the garden from the property, so a problem when you want to have a meal outside or let your dog out. The garden needs more attention. Also it is located next to busy road.

Pleasant stay, could have been vastly improved with some tlc and forethought.

Breakfast not applicable as self catering. Comfortable seating. Showers excellent. 2 Bathrooms. Quiet location.

Beds were futons, really struggled to get out of them as too low. No handrail on right side of staircase going down. Downstairs fire alarm missing/ none there. Roof vent fire escape ladder in twin room was broken and screws absent, therefore unusable. Reported via email to address given early on Monday the fact that when we arrived we were down to one light bulb working and toilet seat sliding off plus sink plug stuck in main bathroom. NO reply was received. I therefore phoned Nth Wales office on Thursday, no reply, Paige phoned back later in the morning and a maintenance guy called Pete replaced both the bulb and toilet seat on Friday he also took some photos of the aforementioned issues and problems, sending those to the Pillow offices. Unfortunately really, we felt we had to down rate the property and point out these issues, which could have been simply rectified which then we would have definitely given a far higher rating. Also we really feel that it should be stated in your advert that the property is not suitable for the elderly or people with mobility problems, as it now stands..

Property in need of basic maintenance. Loose toilet seats, flush not working to one, table top dangerously loose, kitchen kickboards broken, velux blinds in one bedroom broke. All easily fixed so no excuses really

Ok place....needs some TLC

Quiet location with plenty of parking. Reasonably equipped house. Comfortable bed. Nice bathrooms.

Garden area was full of weeds and bare and not welcoming. Could do with a fence at the back and some more content...we didn't use it at all. Windows were dirty especially at the back. Also the hob extractor leaked water after a shower upstairs.

Disappointing !!

Liked the layout of the cottage furniture very modern.

Lack of instructions for the heating, Velux window blinds remote not working, unable to retract blinds. Patio full of weeds, not enjoyable to sit outside. Main window VERY dirty. Basically the whole property needs some TLC....I.e toilet seats not fitted correctly in both toilets, Flush not working properly in the downstairs toilet. Pillow Partners, never returned our emails or phone calls with reference to arrival instructions .

Great property & location

The property was very clean & comfortable with a very well equipped kitchen, perfect if we were staying for a week. Instructions were clear how to use smart TV & WiFi & heating.

There were no spare recycling bags at the property, we had forgotten to bring extra bags.

Really enjoyed our break.

Nice to have two bedrooms, one with ensuite. Very comfortable sofa.

The property could do with a bit of tlc. The door handle on the ensuite and master bedroom do not close properly. Some of the spotlights required new bulbs. We could have done with an extra bin bag for our rubbish.

Close to town centre/beach 5 mins in a car. Compact, cozy & clean. Would definitely stay again. Loved renovation photos nice touch & also the framed artist artwork.

Good value modern accommodation on edge of town

Very nice property with ample room for a group or family of four. Easy parking and just a short drive from the centre of Tenby. Nice layout with a well-designed kitchen and dining/lounge area. We were slightly unlucky with the weather but I'm sure the outdoor patio area would have been put to good use if the weather had been warmer. For the price we paid we were very happy with the property. Good communication with Pillow Partners.

Property needs a little TLC, nothing major just small things e.g., both of the upstairs loo seats were very loose and could not be tightened. Handle on door to main bedroom ensuite was broken just rotated in the door. Thermostat on landing didn't seem to work. Remote for the Velux blinds didn't seem to work. Kitchen electrics tripped out a few times which we eventually traced to the toaster. We gave it a good clean which seemed to resolve the issue. The beds were not that comfortable, perhaps the mattresses need replacing? I admit this is a subjective matter and others might find the mattresses perfectly fine. Patio fence/gate in need of repair. My wife was concerned by a perceived lack of recycling options for waste.

Fantastic property, will be returning again

Very quiet location only a short walk or drive to main Tenby town centre. Property was very clean and tidy. Good communication from the host with lots of useful info provided before stay. Facilities inside apartment were excellent, with everything required for a short or long stay. Dedicated parking made life much easier.

Downstairs loo didn't flush properly, but as we were only a small group it wasn't an issue.

Nice family weekend away

It’s a lovely house in a great location. Could walk into Tenby if you wished and also there is a bus stop quite near if you didn’t fancy the walk.

Had a leaky sink which was there when arrived as someone tried to cover the pipe with kitchen roll! Left a voicemail on the Property Managers phone but did not return my call. Also sent a message to say that the sink was leaking and did not get a reply until the day after we got home. Could not use the kitchen sink all weekend - thank goodness there was a dishwasher!

Was ok...

Nice big carpark, backs right onto Tenby Rugby club though, there were groups of youths hanging around at 2am which woke us up. Beds and sofa comfortable

The ensuite bathroom door stuck and i was locked In for over an hour, I reported this and was told I'd get a phone call, but been home 2 days and not had a call yet. The cooker set the fire alarm off before we even used it, looked clean inside but must have had fat inside the smoke everywhere. Was really cold when we arrived so needed a while to warm up (stayed in december). Dvd player didnt work.

Pump House - 2 nights

Looks good from outside, parking close by, lovely kitchen, lounge diner, 2 good size bedrooms, comfortable beds, lovely aim bathroom, en-suite and downstairs toilet

Just two things, The sky box was a mess, loose wires, had to make call to ask for set up advise, was fine got free view working, My parents may have struggled with this so maybe instructions should be left next to TV. The second thing was the electric hob the settings were worn, took an age to get to heat up, the electric hobs seemed older than the rest of the kitchen and is in need of replacing. Every thing else in property very good.
