All bedrooms are ensuite with 1 bedroom having custom bunk beds perfect for Families.
Just Bring your Clothes and prepare to relax, the home is fully equipped with Gourmet Kitchen, 2 Family Rooms one with 85" TV & Private Outdoor Hot Tub.
Cordillera has a Community Pool and Athletic Center with indoor pool, Daily Yoga, Workout Classes.
Great Hiking & Snow Shoeing right outside the property.

Private Parking in the Villa Montane Parking Garage at the base of Beaver Creek with Private Ski Locker is available during the Ski Season for any stay for an additional fee of $600.00 (Available November 1st, 2024-April 30th, 2025).
Having traveled around the world staying at VRBO's, there were always items that were missing. Therefore, we wanted to make sure our property had everything anyone could want during their stay, from a fully stocked kitchen or hair dryers in every bathroom. All you will need is your suitcase and tooth brush, to have a relaxing vacation.

This stunning home tucked in the trees in the mountain was a terrific place to spend a winter month. The space is amazing with en-suites in every bedroom, plenty of hanging out space to enjoy family and friends, and an incredible view! The huge dining table made for many hours of meals with our guests. David and his team were super available and responsive to any questions that we had. We will be back!

We rented this home for 31 days and enjoyed it very much. The house is spacious, comfortably furnished and in a beautiful setting. We enjoyed being able to use the fitness center, Pickleball courts, hiking trails, community pool, dog park and the Par 3 golf course. Deer visited us everyday and we had a herd of elk come by one day too! David is a good host and was easy to communicate with.

The home was well equipped and comfortable. Incredible views and located in a very nice area. Convenient to slopes and the parking and ski locker were great. Seeing the herd of elk everyday was a nice bonus.

We had a wonderful time at this home located in a gorgeous wooded neighborhood. The roads were kept clear at all times so we could easily get to Vail to ski. Home has everything you need.I highly recommend it!
