la situation géographique, l'accessibilité, le calme du quartier, le parking facile, les commerces à proximité (supermarché à quelques 150 m !) la luminosité et les équipements complets du logement, l'espace de vie, la vue sur Gérardmer d'un côté, sur un espace vert à l'arrière,
rien en particulier, sauf peut être le fait qu'il n'y ait pas d'ascenseur, suivant l'âge des voyageurs et le nombre de valises !!

Appartement top avec tout ce qu'il faut, à proximité des grandes surfaces et pas très loin du centre ville. Un calme incroyable, vue sur la forêt. Le bâtiment ne paye pas de mine mais lorsque vous êtes dans l'appartement, on l'oublie 😊
A nos âges, peut être le fait qu'il soit au 3ème étage...

Sehr geräumig gute Ausstattung und auch warme Wohnung , jedoch sehr enttäuschend,dass nur kurz vorher mitgeteilt wurde , dass keine Bettwäsche vorhanden ist und somit mehr Kosten entstanden sind und noch Stress vor den Feiertagen war ,um Bettwäsche zu kaufen. Bei diesem Preis der Wohnung sollte das inclusive sein das setzt man voraus.
Definitiv zu harte Matratzen da könnte man auch auf dem Boden schlafen in beiden Betten.
