About this villa rental
Our ocean oasis is a large two villa building (one ground level and one second floor) 3268 SF six bedroom and four bath room ground level Spanish style villa on the Eastern shore of Puerto Rico facing the Caribbean Sea. Our beach villa comfortably sleeps fifteen all in beds - beds consist of two king bed masters, two queen beds, three full beds, one twin bed, two queen aero beds.
Just one breaths walk to the sea and you can hear and see the grandeur of Casa del Mar (House of the Sea). Enjoy a swim in the infinity pool facing the sea with views of Vieques Island.
Have to work a little while you play on vacation? Don't worry, we've got you covered with Liberty Cable high speed internet and WiFi. There is a desk with printer available.
Need to get out of the sun? Enjoy one of the many classic board or card games we've provided for your family. Want to listen to your favorite tune? Connect your electronic devices to our Bluetooth speakers. We also offer a flat screen TV's (with cable), DVD player and a small collection of movies. And for those who like to read, a small bookcase library.
We do love to cook and with that in mind have provided all the cooking amenities one could want or possibly need while on vacation.
The 1st floor kitchen is an open concept, fully equipped chef's kitchen with (4) high back bar stools tucked under our oversized granite counter tops. This kitchen boasts a full size double door refrigerator, electric glass top stove and oven, microwave, toaster, coffee pot, griddle, George Foreman Grill, fully stocked dishes, flatware and glassware for ten. The dining room table accommodates 8 guests.
The 2nd floor kitchen is an open concept, fully equipped kitchen. This kitchen has a full-size double door refrigerator, gas stove and oven, microwave, toaster, coffee pot, griddle, George Foreman Grill, fully stocked dishes, flatware and glassware for eight. The dining room table accommodates 6 guests.
And for those who prefer to dine outside while enjoying the breeze and beauty of the Caribbean Sea may use the dining tables and comfortable cushioned chairs on the lower patio, seats 15.
The 1st floor living room has large flat screen TV with cable, blue-tooth surround sound, cards and family board games for everyone to enjoy.
The 1st floor Master bedroom has a Mahogany hand carved king size poster bed with private full bath. There is a large armoire with flat screen TV with cable, and plenty of storage. The room also boasts French doors which open out to the patio and infinity pool overlooking the Caribbean Sea.
The 1st floor 2nd bedroom has full size bed (sleeps 2). The bed faces a large window looking out to the infinity pool and Caribbean Sea.
The 1st floor 3rd bedroom has a Mahogany hand carved queen size poster bed and flat screen smart TV.
The 2nd floor master 4th bedroom has a king size bed (sleeps 2) with private full bath. There is also a den/office area with a desk with a day bed (sleeps 1). There is a large Armoire with flat screen TV with cable and plenty of storage. The room also boasts French doors which open out to the wrap around balcony overlooking the infinity pool and Caribbean Sea.
The 2nd floor 5th bedroom has a queen sized bed and a full size bed (sleeps 4), with a TV.
Then 2nd floor 6th bedroom has full sized bed (sleeps 2) and an armoire with smart TV.
The 2nd floor also boasts a large wrap around balcony overlooking the Caribbean Sea with amazing views day and night (star-gazing). Take in the sea breeze while you relax in the over-sized balcony chairs.
Both levels have a laundry room with washer and dryer, shelving with plenty of storage and an iron with ironing board.
Exterior surveillance at all entry doors, sides of buildings, yard and pool. This is for your safety as well as ours. No footage is stored long term.
The kitchen and bathroom sinks have room temperature water only (80+/- degrees). Showers have hot water.
You may hear cars playing loud music as they drive by or music from the corner bar. You may hear neighborhood dogs barking.

Superb location and great house. Setting and home feels like authentic Puerto Rico, as opposed to a touristy area, which we loved. Beach view is second to none. Host was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Highly recommend this place.

This rental home was perfect for our group of 14—we all had plenty of space and felt comfortable throughout the stay. The house truly had everything you could possibly need for a relaxing, stress-free vacation. The pool was fantastic and a highlight for everyone.
The neighborhood felt very safe, and we loved having a fun bar and food truck within easy walking distance. The beach was absolutely beautiful and, at times, felt like we had it all to ourselves.
The owners and staff were incredibly responsive, accommodating, and kind, which made the experience even better. We couldn’t have asked for a more enjoyable stay and would absolutely recommend this home to others!

We picked Casa Del Mar for our destination 25th wedding anniversary vow renewal. We were all in awe of the property as soon as we set foot on it; from the accommodations to the pool and the beach being right in your back door. To the beautiful sunsets and sunrises. We all had an amazing stay and didn't want to leave. Melanie the owner was very helpful and went beyond during the island wide power outage that hit Puerto Rico on April 6, 2022.
The house is amazing as well as the property; the owners provide most of everything you need when it comes to the amenities. We will definitely be back.
