Coastal Haven

Location and contact with rental property

For a newish apartment we thought the place was quite grubby. The place needs a deep clean- a lot of surfaces just didn’t look clean. The mop was also quite dirty to use. The bins were rusty and tiles needed a good clean. On the first day we ended up cleaning a lot of bits ourselves which wasn’t ideal. The dishwasher wasn’t really much use- no rinse aid/ salt which just didn’t wash dishes properly. More kitchen and cleaning products should be provided so we didn’t have to buy them and a way guests could help maintain it. One of the bathrooms smelt musty and strong smell of urine! It a bathroom that we just didn’t use because of the smell and lack of cleanliness. For the money we were charged it was disappointing not having it spotless. We were in Lagos last year and stayed in an apartment in the next block- built very similar time and just in much better condition than this.

It was so lovely.. you just couldn’t fault it..

Perhaps a toilet by the pool area would be handy

Spacious, quality apartment in a great location for easy access to supermarket, old town etc. Communication with staff was excellent.

In a very built up area but didn’t spoil our stay
