Beautiful location in a characterful hotel.

THe location was perfect - walking distance to beaches, town, restaurants. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of choice. The staff were very helpful and the host was informative.

The bed was very soft - slightly better when mattress was turned over. The beach towels provided were hand towel! Not very practical.

We had the premium room, the big terrace with a view was perfect.

No facilities at the hotel. After 9:30pm everything was closed, even the reception. You can’t even have a water or anything else that you need! It’s not an airbnb property, it’s a hotel on Cote d’Azur and should treat clients as at a hotel, not a motel! Deffinetly should not be listed as a hotel on booking.

The views and location were amazing. It was a quick walk to the port area. There also three beautiful beaches within a 5 minute walk. The landscaping was well done with the cities titles wondering around.

No elevator. The continental breakfast was nice but really expensive.

We like the village. The hotel is just somewhere we sleep in the evening.

The view is good, but the property is quite dated. Double bed is made of two single beds. I particularly asked for a proper double bed, so I am disappointed.

Very dated! The owner is very rude as my boyfriend sat at a 4 people table instead of two. We have been treated unfriendly the whole stay.

Perfect as usual

Love this place and come here often! The moment you come to the hotel you feel like being invited to the private house. I love thé idea that the hotel is ran by the family and everything reminds you about it. The rooms are clean, the are is nice and the view is just heartbreaking. Ideal place for your stay in Cap Ferrat.

The location and nice view at open air breakfast area

Our room was in a kind of basement. You have to go down from a very narrow circular staircase. Our luggages barely fitted the staircase. It looks like a made up room on the top of the garage only 2-3m above the street. The pictures of the hotel on booking looks amazing. And the breakfast area and the entrance of the hotel are reflect these photos. I assume all other rooms facing the garden or upper ones should be nice. Be sure not to book the “Studio” below the garden level

Since staying there we have recommended the Hôtel Brise Marine to manyof our friends.

Hôtel Brise Marine is great value for the money. With uninterrupted views across the Côte d'Azure to Eze, this period hôtel has been in the same family since the end of WW2. It is tastefully decorated and the owners are very welcoming. We even enjoyed the sunrise view from our own terrasse. Plenty of lovely places to visit in the immediate vicinity.

The view from the terraces is wonderful and will live long in the memory. The bed was extremely comfortable and it was nice to have two chairs in the room, as so often even expensive hotels do not provide this. Breakfast was served on the terrace and plentiful.

The hotel is described as "charming" and is, but "charming" is on the verge of being dated and in need of some care. The breakfast was plentiful, but for 18 euros I was disappointed not to have a wider choice and coffee/tea from a machine and not served in a cafetiere/pot

Beautiful location in a beautiful small Riviera town but expensive as one would expect.

I loved the location and view from the lobby porch/breakfast area. Had a small fridge in room and water pressure and temperature was very good. It was close to Paloma beach and to town for food options.

Parking was 18 Euro extra and slightly inconvenient but it was secure and roomy. It seemed that there was parking on the street but no one told us how this parking worked as an option. I am not sure if this is a Booking.com or hotel issue but I would prefer the option to split the 2 rooms to different parties but I was told multiple time that 'this was not possible' - however another hotel a day later had no problem with this. Therefore, I think it is hotel issue and this is not very flexible for combined groups who wish to pay for their own rooms separately. Our room for 2 people could have had better lighting and furnishings for the price we payed.

Great location, friendly service, luxury feel - we'd visit again

A well kept, and recently redecorated, luxury hotel. It has great views over the ocean if you have a sea facing room which we thankfully did have. Pre Booked parking (at a cost of 17 Euros) is a must if you drive there.

Carrying luggage up the stairs, which we were expecting and warned about. A very tight squeeze to have 3 beds in the room (family room). Bit noisy from neighbouring rooms.

The location and the view were amazing, the staff were not helpful but polite. They should install an elevator because to walk up 3 floors with heavy bags is terrible. The room was clean and again the view from the room balcony is unforgettable!!
