A lovely, friendly hotel with a boutique vibe.

It had a relaxed vibe - nice to look out over the pool. The pool was open in October (not heated). The staff were friendly. It was clean & felt cared for. It was 10 mins walk to the centre of the town - the street was quiet. The breakfast was nice & relaxed.

It’s not sound-proofed. I was on the ground floor and I could hear talking in reception. Also the walls were very thin - luckily the people either side of me were quiet. It didn’t matter for 2 nights but the bathroom was tiny - you had to go in and shut the door before you could sit on the toilet or use the sink 😂 The shower was good though. The walk to town is on a hill so not ideal for those who aren’t mobile.

It was good for a relatively young person, staying alone. I would not use it for a family trip.

It was buffet style, self serve, but plentiful. Not much variety.

The rooms could have been larger, the room was on the 3rd floor walkup (no elevator).

Location was within easy walking distance of the village with many restaurants and shops. Pool was good as was the breakfast.

I always come back to this hotel for their exceptional hospitality, comfortable rooms with a great sea view, great amenities and friendly atmosphere. You can enjoy a relaxing atmosphere at a serene pool area all day long and at their intimate spa. The hotel is just few minutes away from the beach, where you can not miss the beautiful mesmerising sunrise, and very close to the best known Promenade Maurice Rouvier, to enjoy a quiet walk through Beaulieu-Sur-Mer. 25 min from Grand Hotel du Cap Ferrat, where you can enjoy a lovely Michelin star dinner or just a lunch or a drink at La Veranda. 10 min from Ephrussi de Rotschild Villa and gardens, absolutely stunning Actually, in the hearth of the village. I can not say enough about the staff. Guylaine is fantastic, professional, with a great attitude, helpful and always available. She loves her job, as she said, and you definitely can see that from her kindness and enthusiasm. I have to mention Estelle, as well, very kind, caring and supportive.

Unfortunately we have a gathering of 20 people, not very quiet and considerate to other guests who they were trying to enjoy their holiday peacefully, too. The staff tried their best but 🤷‍♀️ and it’s nothing to do with the property, actually.

The location cannot be beat. The hotel is a short walk from the center of Cap Ferrat, the rooms are perfectly equipped, the pool and balconies bring the incredible natural beauty of the location into the hotel.

If you have a car, make a parking reservation ahead of time because parking is very limited.

Saint Jean Cap ferrat is an awesome place to stay around.

Nice Hotel, centrally located and not far walk to centre to have a bite, also walk-in distance to Plage Paloma. Paloma beach which was amazing! Breakfast ok, nice breakfast lady waking up early to preparer stuff! Only downfall is a bit of the communication issue, for parking I don't expect it for free but, wasn't clear that it had a fee, serious 15 euro is nothing, why even charge. second time I asked for a Taxi because no Uber in town, I got a private car which was three times more, I only realised 5 minutes in the ride I didn't see Taxi meter. I don't angry not because of the money, just tell the client that its a private car, because we all know they cost more.
