Villa Melisandre is the ideal place to relax and enjoy yourself: the large Mediterranean garden ensures privacy and relaxation for guests, while inside, fine furniture and high-level finishes create a truly very welcoming atmosphere accompanied by all the comforts.
Surrounded by vineyards and olive groves, the villa is only 10 minutes from the center and enjoys a strategic location to reach both the beaches of Alghero and the main tourist attractions of northern Sardinia.

OUTSIDE
Large swimming pool (12x5m) for the exclusive use of our guests, equipped with sunbeds, deckchairs, sofas and umbrellas.
Elegant equipped gazebo (BBQ) near the pool under which you can have breakfast, dinner or just relax.
3 large verandas furnished with sofas and armchairs.
Children's play area with swings and basketball.
Private parking within the property.

INSIDE
Villa Melisandre is particularly bright and airy thanks to its layout on a single level totally above ground.
All rooms are air-conditioned.

Of the 4 double bedrooms, two have French doors leading to large verandas for exclusive use furnished with sofas and armchairs and featuring views of the pool, garden and spectacular sunsets.
There are 3 bathrooms, one with a bathtub and two with showers.
The large open-plan living area is also lit by large French doors that allow views of the spectacular garden and pool and provide access to the larger veranda.

Free Netflix and Amazon Prime Video.
Daily pool cleaning and chemical inspection.
Linens, towels and pool towels, included in the price, are provided when guests arrive.

Check-in from 4:00 p.m. / Check-out by10:00 a.m.

On arrival you are required to pay the municipal tourist tax (2€ per person per night) and the security deposit of 500€, which is returned on departure provided the house and swimming pool are tidy and undamaged.
Electric car charging cost: 0.50€ Kwh (calculated on departure based on actual consumption)
The rent will be based on the number of people communicated at the time of booking.
