Rustic 2 story log cabin, simply decorated with full kitchen, gas fireplace, and Jacuzzi tub in master bedroom. Open loft area with many board games. 10 Acres for you to relax on that include beautiful mountain stream and creeks. Paved drive all the way to the front door. Wildlife and incredible views await you! Within an hour to so many attractions like Asheville, Linville Gorge, Lake Lure, Chimney Rock, South mountain state park, Grandfather mountain, and Lake James. Several great ski resorts close such as Wolfe Laurel, Maggie valley, Beech mountain, Sugar mountain and Appalachian Ski school. A multitude of wineries and breweries within an hour's drive. Avoid the high cost city hotels and relax in this county paradise!

It was the day after Christmas and we walked in to a setting that had a decorated dining table with Christmas dinner ware, a decorated and lit Christmas tree, chocolates and a welcoming Christmas card. The cabin felt so relaxing and the the host, Molly, made sure our stay was everything we could have hoped for. Having a fenced in area for the dogs to be left to roam as they pleased was a nice touch. Although they also loved our walks around a small portion of the ten acres. This was a getaway we will definitely do again.

The cabin was great. Very private, peaceful and clean. Molly was easy to communicate with and made sure we were comfortable. Kitchen is well stocked. Fenced yard was great for our pup. Fire pit is lovely. Beds are comfy. We hope we have an opportunity to come back.

The Crosby Cabin is in a very nice setting and could be a great place to stay. The kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked for visitors and the view was good. The condition of the furniture in the living room was very poor. The couch and chaise were worn and dirty and the tables were all chewed up by animals. While the kitchen was clean the floors and porch furniture were dirty. we realize that it is a pet friendly cabin but it still should be better than this. watch out for chiggers by the fire pit.
