About this house rental
Beautiful Boutique New Orleans Loft Apartment, historically renovated in the heart of the Central Business District. This spacious downtown loft features 200 year old exposed brick, original hardwood ceilings & a historical cast iron rope elevator wheel. Come live easy on Magazine Street just one block from the world famous Canal Street & French Quarter Landmarks nearby are the Convention Center, Bourbon Street, Frenchmen Street, Harrahs Casino. Come check us out we would love to have you!
We get our towels from a linen company. Sometimes the towels might have blotches (i.e., bleach stains, burn marks, or tears). Our housekeeping does their best to ensure there are no hairs in the towels, but if one is found, it's likely from our housekeeping staff. We strive for this to never happen. If you're not satisfied with the linens, please let us know and we’ll gladly swap them out for you. Please make sure to book for the correct number of guests, as linens are prepared accordingly.

The spot was super cute, clean & totally comfy! And you just can’t beat the location. In the middle of ALOT! Walkable to the Quarter, steps to Caesar’s for gambling. If you don’t feel like walking pedi-cabs are always out front of Caesar’s and can take you to the French Quarter & surrounding areas.

We had a great stay and really loved this hidden gem. It was centrally located just off Canal Street and so easy to access Bourbon Street and the Frenc all the activities we wanted to do while in New Orleans. The room was very comfortable, spacious and clean. We would definitley enjoy returning here on our next visit.

This property was simply amazing! My 13 year old and I traveled to the area for a concert at the Fillmore. Being able to walk safely back and forth was my priority. This location was so close to everything! Canal St, French Quarter, everything was so close we never used the car. I was concerned about parking but the owner was able to suggest several lots nearby. My daughter wanted a rental with the NOLA "vibe" as opposed to a hotel and this unit did not disappoint. Care was taken to preserve the brickwork and original pulley system - such a neat property. Room was clean, had everything we needed and the host was very responsive when I did have 2 questions. Would book this or adjacent proerties again. Thank you for a memorable trip.
