Gute Kommunikation, Übergabe des Schlüsselcodes hat gut geklappt. Hundepauschale wurde reduziert, da auf Booking ein niedrigerer Betrag bei den „Fragen an den Vermieter“ angegeben war. Paterrewohnung mit sehr kurzem Weg zum dazugehörigen Parkplatz. Gute Betten. Großes Bad.
Kostentransparenz auf Booking com sollte verbessert werden. Sowohl bei Parkgebühren als auch bei der Hundepauschale waren auf der Internetseite „alte“ zu niedrige Preise angegeben. Die Hundepauschale von 45€ ist sehr fair für einen längeren Aufenthalt, für einen Wochenendbesuch mit kleinen Hund ist sie für mich abschreckend. Ich finde eine Tagesgebühr, wie in anderen Unterkünften üblichen(z.B. 10€/Tag), fairer.

Rauchendes Pflegepersonal in direkter Nähe zum Balkon. Kein "Late-Check Out", welches vorher extra angekündigt wurde.
