位置離捷運站很近非常方便，櫃檯24小時都有人在，所以幾點入住或寄放行李都很方便。
不知道是不是因為管線老舊，導致廁所的排水孔有臭水溝味。

価格の割に綺麗だった。近所に食事ができるところが多かった。通信速度はそこそこ速かった。電車の駅からそれなりに近い。セキュリティーカードでロックや、エレベーターの昇降も管理され、価格の割に安心感もある。
時々、無線アダプターが止まったので、再起動が必要になった。浴槽がない、入口付近に机ががあるだけで、座って何かをする場所がないためビジネスでノートPCなどを使う人には向かないと感じた。部屋によるのかもしれないが。
