Snow Canyon 27 is the perfect getaway to enjoy the serenity of St George and the Southern Utah desert climate. This single family home backs up to the Red Cliffs Desert Reserve providing privacy and incredible views of the red rock cliffs, entrance to Snow Canyon and distant Pine Mountains. From this location walk a short distance to the club house with work out room and the outdoor pool with hot tub. There are only 30 homes in the community of Encanto so the heated pool has plenty of room. Encanto is located between Entrada and the Red Mountain Spa with the bicycle trail right out front to take you to Snow Canyon or the rest of St George via the miles of paved trails. Walk 5 minutes to the public Canyon Breeze restaurant located at the Red Mountain Spa for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. Don't forget to tell the hostess you are a local so you can enjoy a 10% discount. Miles of hiking and mountain biking trails in the Red Cliffs Reserve can be accessed right from the house or drive a short distance to the many trail heads in the area including Snow Canyon State Park a 5 minute drive away. In addition the Tuacahn outdoor amphitheater is also about 5 minutes away and Zion is only 1 hour away by car.
The house has 3 bedrooms each with a king sized bed and TV. Two have ensuite full baths and the other BR has an adjacent bath with shower. In addition the master suite has a sitting area with a pull out queen sized sofa bed and another BR has a small couch that converts to a small bed. There are ample indoor and outdoor spaces to accommodate everyone. You will not be disappointed with your stay at Snow Canyon 27!

We are three generations, 2 grandparents, 2 parents and 2 children 7 & 9. From the moment we walked to this unit until our final moments, we were pleasantly surprised with how perfect this place was. The location can’t be beat. Very relaxing, beautiful vistas all day long. The pool was a big hit with the kids and adults. Easy drive to anywhere in St. George and certainly Snow Canyon SP.The pictures on the website do not do this place justices. The furnishings, beddings, etc. were all first class. The unit was perfect for our group. Large nicely appointed bathrooms for all. King size beds for all. Perfect in every way. We hope to return!Thanks!

This was our second time staying at this incredible property, and it was just as wonderful as we remembered! The views of Snow Canyon are absolutely breathtaking and create the perfect backdrop for a relaxing getaway. The home is spacious, comfortable, and well-appointed, with three bedrooms and three bathrooms that easily accommodated our family.We appreciated the modern amenities, and the kitchen was well-equipped for all our cooking needs. The host went above and beyond by allowing us to put up a Christmas tree, which made our stay feel even more special during the holidays. Another big plus for us was how dog-friendly the home is—our corgi loved it!If we had to give any feedback, it would be that some of the towels and a few baking sheets/cooking items are getting close to needing a refresh. That said, everything was still clean and functional, so it wasn’t an issue for us.Overall, this property is a gem, and we look forward to returning again in the future! Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a beautiful, comfortable, and welcoming place to stay near Snow Canyon.

Safety was never a concern during our stay. The area felt secure, allowing us to relax completely and enjoy the serene surroundings without any worries. The house was well furnished, equipped with all the everyday essentials we could possibly need. This attention to detail made our stay not only comfortable but also convenient. The beds deserve a special mention for their comfort, ensuring restful sleep after days filled with activities and exploration. It's clear that the hosts have thought of everything, with every appliance and facility in perfect working order, which made our stay smooth and hassle-free. Beautifully furnished with gorgeous view of the mountains and outdoor area with fire pit. We appreciated the pickleball equipment, games and the leftover spices, baggies, oils, etc in the kitchen. The only reason this review is not 5 star is that several things were broken: sink in kitchen had no hot water, in the studio the toilet runs and the right sink plug is broken. Also, some of the items in the kitchen are really in bad shape (cookie sheets) and need to be replaced. The studio bathroom looked like it was not refreshed before we came and was very dusty. Some of the bathroom rugs and towels could use a refresh as they look very worn and discolored. Just a little refresh and this place is good to go

Wonderful home with all the amenities. We cooked a full Thanksgiving dinner. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the pots and pans we needed. Bedrooms were large and spacious. The host thought of everything!!! Outstanding communication with the host. Beautiful scenery. Very quiet. Really loved this place and would definitely stay again!!

This property is amazing both home and views. Loved that it is pet friendly! The pool and hot tub are close within walking distance. Clean and maintained. We arrived on a Thursday and were the only ones in the pool. Amazing!! We had one issue where we had to call Michael and his response was courteous and swift. Spent a lot of our time on the back patio looking at the view when not swimming! The beds are very comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked. The only recommendation I would request is a map for the community of where the pool/clubhouse is and the pickle ball court locations. Also more detailed information for finding the restaurant that is near by. We had to ask a local where it was. We hope to stay here again in the future! Highly recommend!!

We love this house with views of Red Mountain, but also because it is close to Snow Canyon State Park and Zion National Park. The property has nice amenities - beautiful patio with gas fireplace, modern kitchen and dining area. Very comfortable.

View is stunning! The property is well kept inside and out. The house is organized with lots of attention to details for guests, such as labels on everything and bathrobes in the closets. Top-drawer appliances and furnishings, spices in the cabinet and toiletries in the bathrooms. The owners were very responsive and kind, Oh, and did I mention the view??

Spectacular stay with great views for IRONMAN world championships. I was the athlete and brought some of my family members to St. George for my support crew. This house is right on the bike course at the base of Snow Canyon. It was a great gathering place pre-and post race with cozy outdoor spaces and it was very comfortable. The fixtures are beautiful, the neighborhood is quiet and the house well appointed. My only complaint was that the clubhouse hot tub was not hot. Great communication w the host.

Three friends stayed at this VRBO to enjoy some hiking in Snow Canyon. Three large bedrooms each having access to your own bathroom made this a very comfortable place to share. We enjoyed taking in the views while sitting outside with our morning coffee and also in the evening with a glass of wine. We were not disappointed.

Simple review - perfect property, perfect location, perfect host. This was our second stay here, won't be the last. Had great extended stay with different family/friends coming and going and going ga-ga at amazing views and property. Had issue with malfunctioning dishwasher - owner took care of it in days, brand new unit installed! If we were buying a property there (and we've considered it), this is the view we'd want to have.

The house was new and clean. The beds were comfortable (nice to have all king rooms). The kitchen was well stocked with with good pans and good knives and new appliances. The only downside was they are building several new houses and the construction noise during the day made it hard to relax in the sun with a good book. But, if you plan outings for the day, the evenings were quiet and beautiful. We sat outside around the fire pit each night. The location was easy in and out and being the end unit was private. Thank you for letting us bring our dog!

Our family, three grown children and small furry granddog, had an incredible stay here in the days leading up to Christmas. Property is immaculate, luxurious, and spacious with every amenity provided. We had morning coffee while taking in the stunning views, rented ebikes from Rampage (walking distance to store) and explored Snow Canyon (out the backdoor and a gem of a place-- we went there three times), visited quirky Kayenta Art Village and had a great outdoor lunch there, and took a day trip to Zion. Outdoor activities and a deluxe kitchen meant we felt safe in the midst of Omicron surge. Fabulous trip.

This was a great rental. We especially enjoyed the view and the amenities (great location at end of road next to pickle ball courts). But we would have appreciated bath soap and shampoo in each shower (only one had any). We recommend raising the shower head in the master bath - it hit me in the forehead (just over 6’). Also, the neighbor routinely left his garage lights on which lit up the master bedroom all night like it was midday. We recommend modifying the bedroom door on that side or providing blackout shades to provide more conducive sleeping conditions. Otherwise we were extremely happy!. Thank you!
