Gorgeous westerly mountain views beyond the green lush 16th fairway of Mountain View CC. Quiet street with homes only on one side of the street. Parking for several cars. Media room with 85” television. Recently remodeled with new appliances and furnishings and paint. Two car garage available with golf cart for cruising the community. ( golf not provided) (Casita not always available). Five fruit trees.

Pristine and clean spectacular property with very generous and helpful owner. The house is top quality in its furnishings and maintenance. Brand new huge televisions and sound system.
We really enjoyed our time in this property. Very peaceful neighborhood and gorgeous golf course and mountain views. Close by shopping center also with restaurants. Secure and gated community.
Excellent food and beautiful setting in onsite clubhouse. The grounds of the community are exceptionally well-maintained. Beautiful pickle ball and tennis courts as well as heated club pool
Beautiful pool and hot tub with swim up wet bar and outdoor professional grade barbecue grill. Wonderful experience which I would wholeheartedly recommend!
