“Belle of the Beach” is a fabulous 3-bedroom/3-bathroom duplex located and within walking distance to the ocean . This home features brand new beds, furnishings and furniture. It's the perfect home for a family getaway. The location is close to the boardwalk, Tiki Bar, seasonal outdoor market, stores, aquarium, ferry and restaurants. There is something for everyone to enjoy!
First Floor Features: - Open floor plan with living room, dining room and kitchen. - Dining room With counter seating - Fully stocked kitchen (pots, pans, keurig, coffee maker, toaster, plates, utensils, serving dishes and other basic essentials). - TV in the living room, games and books for rainy day activities - Enjoy the ocean breeze off the living room deck (table & chairs) - Full bath (tub/shower) - Washer and Dryer - Bedroom with Queen bed, & ceiling fan.
Second Floor Features: - Master bedroom with a queen bed and a full private bath (tub/shower) and patio doors that open to a private deck. With crow's nest above for Ocean view - The 3rd bedroom includes two twin beds that can also become a king sized bed and a ceiling fan - Full bath on the second floor (tub/shower)
Outside the Duplex: - Access to a private outdoor shower, storage unit and ample parking for 2 cars as well
- Security Disclaimer: Surveillance cameras (exterior only in carport) are on property 24/7 that overlook the driveway and carport. The cameras are to ensure security of the perimeter to keep our home safe while no one is there and protect your property while onsite. A large picnic 8 seat table is available for your use.
- Storage closet contains the following items for guest use: Some beach chairs, a beach cart, sand toys, and wagon are available to you.
Beach Access is just 4 blocks/ 5 min walk/0.3 miles down the street and an easy walk (even with kids). Beach access includes a porta-potty, metered parking, access ramp and best of all, Lifeguard stand! -
**Bring your own Beach towels**
To keep the home well maintained we ask: No Smoking or Vaping Indoors or on any patios or decks, No Pets, No large parties or events. - Must be 25 or older to rent **Please feel free to reach out with any additional questions!

This is our second year in a row staying here at this place and we love it! It's literally a five minute walk to the beach! Also I would like to mention, there was a minor issue with the shower in the main floor, but the host was super quick to respond and even went out of their way to come fix it! I highly recommend this place if you are looking for a lovely cozy spot near the beach! This is our family's favorite spot!

Check in and check out were very easy. The location is awesome! Close enough to walk to the beach, with beach access really close! We weren’t actually able to walk due to the high temps, but the place is very close to many access areas. Love the close proximity to the Boardwalk also! The place is beautiful! The only cons were that there was no working ice maker or water dispenser. There were some basic supplies that we are used to having at other rentals that weren’t available, throw blankets, basic condiments and some laundry supplies, but of course not a requirement. Also the floor wasn’t very clean.All in all a great stay! The location is the winner! It was also great having access to some beach supplies such as chairs and and boogie boards.

Parking limitations should be much more prevalent in listing- As a family of 5 adults, meeting up for the week from different locations, the parking caused a lot of last minute stress contributing to someone not coming at all. Also, given extreme summer temps to have no functional ice maker was a major inconvenience. Would not stay here again, nor would I have booked having noticed it's limited to 2 cars total for unit.
