4 Bed/4 Bath NEW CONSTRUCTION 8045 Jane's Place

This was such a wonderful place for a family getaway. We ran into an issue with equipment but the host was more than accommodating. Communicating with them was incredibly easy and they got back to us SUPER fast. Even though we were talking to them late on a rainy Friday, they did everything in their power to make sure we were taken care of. Everyone in our group was blown away with how kind they were. It truly felt like we were their main priority when they were helping us out. The issue was resolved much faster than any of us were expecting. If we travel back to the Knoxville area, this is for sure our first choice of accommodations. It was also a very easy drive to everywhere we wanted to go. The area was quiet and felt like home. The beds were very comfortable and we had more than enough blankets and towels for everyone to feel comfortable. I would recommend this property to anyone looking for a nice place to travel with family. Truly amazing!

The house was clean & well equipped. We stayed to be close by for a family member’s wedding. We had four cars & had plenty of room for parking. Had to reach out to find out how to work the TV and the property manager replied right away!

Host was fantastic with immediate answers. House was exactly as advertised. Clean,cozy and very welcoming. Would definitely rent again.

VRBO rental was clean and OK stocked. Well laid out and roomy. Did have issues with master suite shower floor - cracked, rotten, very slippery and dangerous. Reached out to host through app, did not hear back - finally texted and got reply. Voiced my concern not really happy with reply - Communication and customer service skills could be improved.
