Schön gelegene Ferienwohnung mit hervorragendem Gastgeber
Die Ferienwohnung liegt in direkter Seenähe und ist sehr ruhig. Max ist ein toller Gastgeber, der einem alle Wünsche prompt erfüllt - und noch ein wenig mehr - Danke :-) Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht, und falls es mal ein wenig kühl ist gibt es einen Kaminofen, der ratzfatz wohlige Wärme schafft. Und wer frisch geräucherten Fisch mag, ist bei Max und seinem Vater auch bestens aufgehoben, die Friedl's sind eine traditionsreiche Fischerfamilie bei der es immer etwas Gutes gibt!

Nicht beheizbare Wohnung und willkürlicher Vermieter!
Ruhige und gute Lage
Nicht ausreichend beheizbar, Wohnzimmer 17 Grad. Bad ohne Heizkörper 16 Grad. Heizkörper lauwarm. Heizung trotz Bitte nicht höher gestellt. Verweis auf leider defekten Kaminofen. Verweigerung des Vermieters, trotz zweier Mails und persönlicher Ansprache die Gästekarte mit kostenloser Nutzung des ÖPNV auszustellen. Dadurch zusätzliche Kosten und Aufwand. Belege, Fotos und Zeugen sind vorhanden. Es gibt noch weitere Mängel, z.B Bad verbaut und schwer nutzbar.
