About this apartment rental
We look forward to welcoming you! This spacious and light-filled 4-room duplex apartment (approx. 120 m²), which sleeps up to 6 people, offers the perfect setting for a relaxing vacation. Unwind in the stylish living area or enjoy a magical sunset on the beautiful rooftop terrace with views of the magnificent Alpine mountain panorama (Säntis and Lake).
Quiet location surrounded by greenery next to apple orchards. The large marina, restaurants, beach, and beach promenade are all in the immediate vicinity (just over 1 km to the beach, approx. 1.5 km to the Bodanwerft and beach promenade, approx. 2 km to the boat dock and additional restaurants, and approx. 2.5 km to the large marina (Ultramarin Goren) with various restaurants). Within a few minutes’ walk or drive, you’ll find various shopping options where you can also purchase regional products, as well as a bakery (supermarket (EDEKA) and bakery approx. 700 m away). Numerous recreational activities are available in the immediate vicinity. The apartment is also the perfect starting point for bike rides and walks. Tennis courts (free to use with your “Schwäbischer Bodensee” guest card) are about 1 km away. A sauna (at a wellness hotel) is nearby. The train station is about one kilometer away.
There is no elevator in the building.
