Lovely house in a quiet location. The place was very clean and the host very friendly. the breakfast was good and nice to have it outside.
The room was a bit small and difficult to find place for the suitcases. The bed was also a bit small, made squeaking sounds, and the mattress could have been more comfortable.

Compared to downtown San Sebastian the price was good. Very nice bathroom. The kitchen was available for use by guests (if you come prepared with food).
We were expecting breakfast to be an option but it wasn't available. The site is in the countryside but a tall hedge around it prevents you from seeing anything. A main highway is nearby so it is somewhat noisy. Make sure you do the online check-in as there may not be a host on site when we arrived. The bed had only one long pillow which was substandard.

The owner has decided to run the house through absence by state of the art internet techknowledgy. Registration needed to be done on line. Never saw any person at premises. Corresponded through whatsapp!
No aironditioning. No physical contact. Tips for restaurants only located in San Sebastian.
