Located in the Amara neighborhood, about a 20-minute walk from La Concha Beach and the Old Town, New Amara is situated in a quiet and pleasant area of San Sebastián, with all kinds of amenities nearby.
This is a spacious 70 m² apartment with a large living-dining room, a modern separate kitchen, 3 double bedrooms, and two full bathrooms. The apartment features modern and colorful décor.
The living-dining room stands out for its huge floor-to-ceiling window that opens directly onto a terrace. Next to the window is the living area. On the other side is the dining room, and next to it, the modern, separate kitchen with appliances and a full set of kitchenware.
The master bedroom features a double bed and access to a small terrace.
The second bedroom, which also has an exterior window, features a double bed.
The apartment has two full bathrooms.

The apartment has two terraces and a patio just outside the apartment, accessible via a flight of stairs. The key to the patio is located in a white cabinet, and you are welcome to use the entire patio area.
