Ocean Lakes charges $12.00 per day, per vehicle, for passes purchased 10+ days in advance of your arrival. Passes purchased less than 10 days in advance are $15.00 per day. This is payable directly to Ocean Lakes and not included in your payment for the rental. Instructions on completing this process will be emailed to you prior to your arrival.
There is parking for 2 standard vehicles at this site. If you have additional vehicles, they must be parked in the overflow lot (daily fee still applies).
A welcome packet containing information on obtaining parking passes will be emailed to you upon receipt of payment in full & 30 days prior to your arrival.
Baby items are available for rent during your stay. Baby gear rental registration will be included in your welcome packet.
Pre-arrival grocery delivery is available for an additional fee. Pre-arrival grocery delivery information will be included in your welcome packet.
Access information will be emailed at 3:45 PM on arrival date.
Your reservation is not confirmed until the deposit payment is received

Overall very satisfied. We enjoyed the location…it is close to the south entrance and back off the ocean and we have little ones so it was nice to be where there was minimal noise at night. Just the space we needed for a family of 4. The kitchen was well equipped for any of our cooking needs. The only complaint I had was the floors/carpet not being cleaned very good…we kept socks on so that we didn’t get sand and dirt in the beds. I tried to vacuum but the carpet still needs cleaning. Also the pillows and couch were dirty so we covered it with a top sheet. Other than those 2 things the house was clean. Wish we could have used the golf cart and not had to wait in line to rent one. Over all we had a great stay and would return!

The property was really nice. The property manager was really quick to respond to our questions and concerns. One downer was the outdoor shower wasnt the cleanest. We had to spend some time getting it clean so we could use it. Overall, we would stay there again!

Needed a couple accommodations that were promptly addressed within a matter of a few minutes. So thankful I chose this house.

Overall this place is pretty decent and considering some of the other rentals in Ocean Lakes, its not bad. However, its pretty expensive and we didn't find it worth the stay at the end of the day. What really got us is that you are fee'd to death on this property and when we initially booked, the fees were not captured in the nightly rate. Our mistake but beware.... You have a very expensive cleaning fee (and the place wasn't that clean to justify the price), a "property" fee, and an "administration" fee. On top of that, you have to pay a daily fee to park your car at the property which is absolutely ridiculous. Then if you want to get around, you need to bring a golf car or rent one as there is basically no place to park an actual car around the ocean lake activities (beach/pool etc). To rent a golf car for a week in peak season, that will be another 450. Other cheaper rentals in the campground provide a golf cart!!! When you factor in the sheer expense of this place and what you really get from staying at Ocean Lakes, taking a family of 5 on a cruise would have been cheaper. Lastly, with all the fees in place, the management company could at least leave a roll of toilet paper and small welcoming package of basics (i.e. toilet paper, hand soap, dish soap etc.) like other property management places do. The last thing you want to do when you get in from a long road trip to find absolutely no toilet paper......
