Plan your getaway today! This cozy, beach-themed, 3 bedroom/2 bath cottage is located in the Southside section of the award-winning Ocean Lakes community. The house has a wonderful covered porch perfect for morning coffee, lazy afternoons, family dinners and quiet evenings.

This rental does not include a golf cart. Carts are available for rent onsite through Ocean Lakes Golf Cars. They do not accept reservations.
Bed, bath, and kitchen linens are included in the cleaning fee.
Ocean Lakes charges $12.00 per day, per vehicle, for passes purchased 10+ days in advance of your arrival. Passes purchased less than 10 days in advance are $15.00 per day. This is payable directly to Ocean Lakes and not included in your payment for the rental. Instructions on completing this process will be emailed to you prior to your arrival.
There is parking for 1 vehicle at this site. If you have additional vehicles, they must be parked in the overflow lot (daily fee still applies).
A welcome packet containing information on obtaining parking passes will be emailed to you upon receipt of payment in full & 30 days prior to your arrival.
Baby items are available for rent during your stay. Baby gear rental registration will be included in your welcome packet.
Pre-arrival grocery delivery is available for an additional fee. Pre-arrival grocery delivery information will be included in your welcome packet.
Access information will be emailed at 3:45 PM on arrival date.
Your reservation is not confirmed until the deposit payment is received

We had a great vacation at this property. Very well updated and clean property. All amenities you willNeed. Having said that I would like to advise anyone to look at bedrooms . We had 5 adults and two children. To my own fault I did not. Bedrooms are small and not arranged for five adults. Going through bedrooms to get to bedrooms and bathrooms is not appropriate for 5 adults. Communication was great and immediate . I have no issues with property other than the before mentioned issue with bedrooms. Bathrooms are up to date, clean and efficiently . Kitchen has all you need for a great week. We cooked all week and did not need anything that was not provided. The dryer is outside in garage. Not the end of the world. We made it work. We would not stay here again only because of bedrooms. DoNot hesitate to book this rental if it is appropriate .

There was no way to access a bathroom without going through a bedroom. No where in the description does it state you must go through a bedroom to get to a bathroom. In fact, the pictures were taken in a way to lead you to believe there was a common access to a
bathroom. The third bedroom was no bigger than a closet.
