I booked this apartment for one night and paid in advance. When I arrived at the location, I tried several times to contact the owner via phone calls and messages, but received no response. As a result, I had to book a hotel at the last minute because I needed a place to stay. I also asked the owner for a refund, but never got any reply. I do not recommend this accommodation.

Maria - The best landlord and best apartment in Romania

Maria was really nice, and the apartment had everything you can think of (except for the washing machine, but that wasn't a big issue). It smells so nice, and everything was super clean, probably the cleanest out of all the apartments we've been to so far in Romania. There was so many extra towels which we found amazing because at the current apartment in Bucharest, they charge you a fee for extra towels... Maria, please don't change and keep up the amazing work. ❤️

We didn't know that we had to let water run for some time to get the warm / hot water going, but Maria told us later it's okay to do that because the water runs from the city. But this wasn't as big of an issue.

the apartment is well located, pretty close to the center, easy access. We parked the car on the street 20ron/24 hours. Inside there's everything needed for a comfortable stay.

Comfortable Stay with Thoughtful Touches, but Lacks Privacy and Quiet

The apartment is comfortable and clean, with thoughtful touches that make you feel welcome—such as having coffee and tea readily available.

However, being on the ground floor with windows facing the building entrance compromises privacy if you want to let in natural light, as keeping the drapes open means you're in full view. Additionally, it can be noisy due to foot traffic from people entering and exiting the building.

Superb

Clean, close to the center, easy parking spot, very good interior, same as on pictures.

Only thing that we didn't like about the apartment is that you need to wait literally 5-6 mins to get hot water on shower.

Great place for a city break

Beautiful little apartment, that really has all you need for a brief city break trip. On top of that, the place is filled with dozens of little nick nacks that really make your stay great and show that the owner really takes care of the place. The place is cozy, clean, comfy, quiet and 10min walk from the heart of the city center.

Only problem i faced was hot water in the shower. From what I got, it's some sort of centralized/common used water heating that's available only at certain time of day (when there is enough water left)...but we were mostly taking semi-cold showers. Not the biggest problem for us, but it was there nonetheless.

The facility is in a great location, with free parking nearby. We arrived late and there were no problems because of that. The apartment is very clean, equipped with everything you need, the bed is very comfortable

I FEEL LIKE HOME..

They are really amazing stuff.. Location is perfect near Train Station. in 2min. you find McDonald, penny and Lidl supermarket. there are available Uber and Bolt taxi.. If I come future time in Timisoara i want to stay here (Maria) again..

The noise during the night, they were collecting garbage close to the apartment.
