Quiet area
Elevator could only be accessed after climbing a flight of steps. People below smoking, leaving smoke smell throughout condo.

It was a comfortable little condo for 2 adults to stay. The balcony was nice to have a the weather wasn't great so we could at least get fresh air sitting and watching ships come through. Plenty of cooking utensils to make meals in.
Need a big pot to do a low boil
