In 30 seconds, you are at the pool or beach with no long corridors to drag your beach gear through because the Estero Beach Club beach building is right on the sand. Estero Beach Club was built in 1972 before the construction setback line was drawn along the beach in 1978. The beachfront pool, hot tub and condos in this building are in front of this line with arguably the best unobstructed views on Fort Myers Beach! On a clear day, you can see the full crescent beach from Marco Island to Sanibel.

Estero Beach Club is a small community of 48 privately owned condos with live-in onsite management and offers a unique boutique beachfront experience. It is walking distance to restaurants on the beach yet is just far enough away from the action to enjoy a peaceful vacation. Each condo has one complimentary parking space and free guest parking is available on a first-come first-served basis. The Island Trolley (75 Cents Year-Round) and the free Island Tram (November-April) both stop in front of Estero Beach Club. Condos here are furnished and managed by individual owners, so the quality of furnishings, design, cleanliness, amenities and rates vary. We take pride in providing an upscale experience and host many returning guests and others celebrating special occasions year-round. This fully renovated 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms + workspace open concept beachfront condo was completed in September 2021 and was occupied for just one year due to Hurricane Ian in September 2022. This is one of very few condos at Estero Beach Club with double sinks in the primary bathroom and an eat-in kitchen island. Furnishings, appliances, kitchen supplies, mattresses and linens are new and of high quality. There are beach towels, a beach buggy, beach chairs, totes, a beach canopy, umbrellas, kitchen dinnerware, glassware, bakeware, cutlery, cookware, and utensils. Small appliances include a Keurig, standard coffee maker, espresso machine, blender, and air fryer. Every room has high speed Blast WIFI, premium cable and a Smart TV. The new 65” LG OLED TV in the great room is perfect for sports fans and movie nights.
You can see each other and communicate from the pool to the lanai, look out over the pool to the beach and into the Gulf's incredible sunsets. You will also enjoy the privacy this top floor location provides.
Families:
This condo is best suited for adults and children over 10. This condo is not child proofed and we do not provide child friendly furnishings, a toddler bed, or a pack-n-play. Fort Myers Beach is a family friendly area with many activities. We provide beach toys in addition to the beach supplies listed above plus games for your enjoyment. Having a view of the pool from the condo's lanai is convenient, especially for parents wanting to check on older children below. Running up to the condo from the pool is very easy for breaks, naps or to grab a snack!
Kitchen: Sunny, fully stocked kitchen with new KitchenAid appliances. (Range, stove, double sink with window, refrigerator w/ice maker and purified water dispenser, dishwasher and Sharp drawer microwave built into the island.) All kitchen supplies are new. Small appliances include a Keurig coffee maker, a traditional coffee pot, espresso machine, frother, air fryer, Cuisinart blender/food processor, four slot toaster, crockpot, and hand mixer.
Living Room: Pullout queen sofa, a matching electric recliner w/USB ports and an additional chair. Watch the game on the new LG 65" OLED Smart TV or the waves through the full wall of windows looking out over the Gulf of Mexico. Premium Xfinity cable with DVR capability in all rooms and upgraded high speed Xfinity Blast WIFI.
Primary Bedroom: Wake up to the tops of palm trees and spectacular views of the beach and Gulf of Mexico from the California king size bed. This bedroom boasts a nine-foot-wide picture window with A BIG TIME VIEW. A large walk-in closet with new felt hangers and a built-in floor to ceiling wardrobe offer lots of storage to get settled during your stay. Enjoy a private entrance from the bedroom to the lanai and the wall mounted 40” Smart Roku TV with Xfinity premium cable, DVR capability and many apps.
Primary Bathroom: Updated private ensuite bathroom with a custom walk-in shower and double vanity adjoins the primary bedroom. (Hair dryer, soap and toilet paper provided.)
Second Bedroom: Queen bed with large East facing window for sunny mornings and views of the sunrise. +Blackout curtains for sleeping in! Includes a closet, luggage racks, two three-drawer nightstands and a 43" Smart Roku TV and Premium Cable.

The condo has an apartment size washer and ventless dryer. Coin laundry facilities are also located next to the pool and boast a big picture window with views of the pool and beach. The elevator is located next to the condo and is ten steps to the laundry facilities and then ten more to the entrance of the beachfront pool and jacuzzi. One week of linens are provided and if you stay longer than one week, linen service and/or mid-stay cleaning service is available for an additional fee.

To avoid misunderstandings with guests who choose to vacation during storm season, we have established an amenable policy common to vacation rentals. Tropical storms and hurricanes are impossible to predict so guests should protect themselves by purchasing travel insurance. Pricing is lower in these months to account for this additional expense. The cancellation policy applies to uncontrollable weather events including tropical storms and hurricanes. If you choose to cancel, we will gladly work with you to reschedule your vacation!

I loved this condo. The views from the balcony are breathtaking. The condo was beautiful and so clean. Our host was in contact with us upon arrival and made sure that we had everything we needed for our stay and to make sure everything was going smoothly with our arrival. She easily available if we needed her. The condo was fully stocked with everything you would need while you are there. I loved that the beach was just steps away from the pool area so that you got the best views from the pool area also. I also loved that the beach in front of this condo wasn’t crowded. Overall this was one of the best condos that I have ever rented for vacation. If we decide to return to the area we will very likely be renting from the same host! Our vacation was amazing!

Absolutely beautiful! Extremely clean and stocked with everything you could need during your stay and more. The views of the ocean were amazing. The location couldn’t be better. Loved the pool right at the beach. The beds were so comfortable. The host, Michelle, was super helpful and responsive. We hope to stay here again in the future!

We had a fabulous week at Estero Beach Club! The condo was spotless and stocked with everything you could possibly need during your stay! I would highly recommend anyone interested in the greater Fort Myers area, staying at this condominium! They have done a wonderful job of rebounding from the hurricane of a few seasons past! The owners and managers could not have been more caring and responsive to everything I requested! Great experience all the way around!5 star location and people!

TL:DR - if this is available, BOOK IT! Perfect location, amazing view, easy parking, heated pool and all the comforts of home. I cannot say enough wonderful things about this condo and the owner. My husband commented how he loved the little notes around the place. Shows how much they care that everyone has a great time.Prior to our arrival, there was open communication with Michelle regarding our stay, how to get there, local treasures and hot spots. The condo/ amenities are accurately described. The blender definitely got the most use :)Having a designated parking spot was such a relief- rather than hoping you'll find one.WHAT A VIEW! The condo location is perfect - gets sun, beautiful view while being sheltered from wind when you're sitting on the patio/lanai which is simply the best place to watch the sunset.It seemed like most people who were staying there prefer to hang out around the pool so we got to spend the majority of our time in the pool by ourselves. But there were plenty of sun chairs out to relax in. And it's right on the beach... without all the sand. If sand / beach is your thing, it's so easy to get to. Michelle shared that they had chairs/beach toys etc but we didn't use any of them.We truly had the most wonderful time. The hosts have thought of all the little things one might need when away from home. We cannot wait to go back. Thank you for an amazing vacation.Our family - mom, dad, daughter 8yr and 7yr old.
