Welcome to Pelican Watch #502! This 5th-floor 3-bedroom, 2-bath condo has recently been renovated as of 2024. The beautiful, fully equipped kitchen includes granite countertops, a kitchen island, and stainless-steel appliances. An open floor plan is perfect for quality time together while enjoying views of the Gulf of Mexico from the kitchen to the living room. The living room offers direct access to the balcony and plenty of seating both inside and out. Unwind in the primary bedroom which offers a king bed and a beautiful ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The first guest bedroom includes a queen bed while the second guest bedroom has two twin beds, comfortably sleeping up to 6 guests. A washer and dryer are included for additional convenience. Jump on the trolley to take you south to the secluded Lover's Key State Park or go north to Bowditch Point Park. The Fish Tale Marina offers boat rentals and dockage for those wanting to get out on the water. Travel around the island in style in a rented Moke or golf cart. Trolley service is also available from Estero Boulevard to the Times Square area, the central hub of Fort Myers Beach. Several restaurants, shops, and bars have come back since the hurricane. If a day trip is what you are looking for check out the Key West Express for an unforgettable trip to Key West. Don’t forget to see Sanibel Lighthouse which is less than 15 miles away!
