About this house rental
This fully upgraded vacation home is conveniently located in the exclusive Legacy Park Community which is only minutes from all the attractions and theme parks Central Florida has to offer. Sleeps up to 10 people comfortably with a kid’s themed room! This fully renovated vacation villa offers high end furnishings with modern finishes/decor, and a brand new private pool with no rear neighbors. We offer complimentary high speed internet, and a variety of streaming options for all the high definition flat screen TV’s within the property. The game room includes a full size pool table and an indoor double basketball arcade game. Enjoy the over sized washer/dryer and fully equipped modern kitchen with upgraded appliances and granite counter-tops.
This vacation home is located minutes from shopping malls/outlets, Disney theme parks/water parks, multiple grocery stores, Disney Springs (formally known as Downtown Disney) and a variety of great restaurants and much more!

As a family owned and operated vacation destination rental, we believe in providing our guest great a personal and directly line of communication to ensure all needs are met for each family.
Pool heating is optional throughout the year. If requested, there will be an additional $35/daily charge assessed to cover the cost associated with the heating.
There is a 4 night minimum in place. The home is designed for families and the owner will not accept private parties or functions.

We stayed for our 15 year wedding anniversary. Had a great time - pool is bigger in person. House had everything we needed.

House was great overall. Having a 2 year old, we really appreciated the bed rail. Soo many amenities are available.

The property owner was superb and genuinely determined to do all he could to make our stay perfect. For us, the neighborhood was not conducive for a snowbird stay.
