The themes were very nice in the rooms, the beds were comfortable, it was clean. It was in a gated community. The drive to Disney and Universal were not a long distance. The pool was clean. Washer and Dryer were a big plus to have them in the house. A full kitchen was also nice. The wifi was good no signal loss during the stay.

Unable to get in through the gate at the gated entrance on because of issues with the gate on lots of occasions and did raise with the management company. Pool area not great two old sunbeds one is right on the edge of the pool nearly overhanging the pool another one is tucked away in corner. Sunbeds are poor quality. Parasol is broken. Area around pool is really small there are not enough sunbeds. No pool towels provided been renting villas for 25 years never not had any pool towels. You get one bath towel and 1 hand towel each never had this before always been plenty of towels.No spare pillows no spare blankets. In my opinion I thought the villa lacked that homely feel. Villa does need some updating towel rails are broken on the walls. The positives are that the location is great close to everything. The themed children’s bedrooms are great. The villa was clean.

This home has everything that you could ask for and more, and the air-conditioning kept the house at a really comfortable temperature. The themed rooms are really cute if you have children and the adult rooms are perfect with en-suite to both, comfy beds.
We used the huge washing machine and tumble dryer alot and handy not to have any washing to do when you get home.
Although it is a 40 minute drive from theme parks, there is plenty of places around the property to explore, local walmart aldi and publix so close by.
The property does have a bbq but we did not use this due to the weather being so hot and the pool was a welcome relief any time of day.
All in all we loved it thank you so much.
In previous properties we have stayed there was a go to folder with information about the area useful numbers to call, information about local things to do, check out day etc this would be very beneficial.
Also staff need to be sure of the information they are giving you as we had a bit of a run around when the main gate code stopped working on our first day and also telling us there was a community dumpster on site for rubbish on the last day but as we found out there is definately not.
