A fantastic place to stay!
We enjoyed our stay at Happy Hippo Haus, especially because we felt like home, this beautiful appartment being equipped with everyting you need. The hosts, Anna and Paul, knew how and what to do so that everything would turn into an unforgettable experience. We were pleasantly impressed by the arrangement of the house, by the refinement with which they managed to combine the old and the new together, so that you truly feel like you are in a fairy tale world. If you come with children, they will fall in love with this accommodation. There are a lots of children books, games, netflix, a very special bedroom for children. The private parking is large so you can easily park even with a big car. This is the place where we will always return with pleasure!

Beautiful and peaceful surroundings. Perfect getaway from the city. House is easy to reach and near the center of the town. Great area for relaxing, hiking, nature. Forests and the river are very close by. Also a nice castle. The house itself is thoughtfully decorated and everything is super clean and well-organized. It's very charming and all the Hippos make it fun and more interesting. If you are lucky you will learn more about its surprising history. Amazingly kind and friendly hosts! 💙💚

Happy Hippo is very cozy apartment
Clean rooms, very nice staff, I felt there like home :) Old house with history, about which the host told and showed us their hard work to renovate their treasure ;) Beautiful surrounding, forest paths, caves and many more. Really recommend it! Hope to stay there again :) Everywhere were happy hippos 🦛 😊
One room was really small only bed inside - but for me was ok 👌

Das Happy Hippo Haus macht seinem Namen alle Ehre.
Die Gastfreundlichkeit der Besitzer ist absolut hervorzuheben. Ein sehr herzlicher und offener Umgang mit und sowie mit unseren zwei Kindern hat uns den Aufenthalt mehr als angenehm gemacht. Die Unterkunft selbst wurde mit sehr viel Liebe renoviert und eingerichtet. Auch war es wirklich sehr, sehr sauber Wir danken Anna und Paul für den angenehmen Aufenthalt.

Heerlijk relaxed in een prettige omgeving bij zorgzame mensen.
Ik was hier al eerder dit jaar. Dit verblijf was erg warm, veel zon en 30+. Mooie badkamer, heerlijke buitenruimte.
Even wennen aan de trap naar het appartement, voor langere personen zit de trapleuning wat laag. En zeker bij het verlaten van het appartement voelt dit niet prettig. Als opmerking ook aan Anna meegegeven.
