Spacious rooms, friendly staff including the security officers, very clean, quiet, great location. Desmond is very very helpful and went many extra miles to make sure we were comfortable
The first apartment we occupied didn't have provision for rubbish in the kitchen (we didn't know it's outside the apartment)
I didn't see the a/c though we didn't need it because it is winter

Beautiful location and restaurant
Waited an hour plus to check in because the unit was still being cleaned (checked in after 3pm despite arriving at 13:40)
The room wasn’t adequately cleaned as there was still dirt behind the couches, the carpets in the rooms were stained (not vacuumed also had a slight bad odor), the bathroom sinks had stains of dirty water.
The unit wasn’t air-conditioned (it was a cold weekend in JHB and there was no source of heat), the additional blankets had a bad smell (sign of not being washed)
One window in the living room and bedroom had huge cracks.
