Bit of a stressful start, but once we got in it was fine.

It was clean and very quiet, A good situation for an overnight sleep when leaving or going to the ferry. Bed was comfy. Parking available on site.

The method of entering the property can be difficult. We had a problem getting the passcode for the hotel and room. After a long journey, and the fact that several other people were queuing behind us made it more stressful. If we had been text this information it would be easier and more private. We had to resort to using the helpline facility.

The check in desk does not open until 1700 hrs. the automatic check in facility is simply not acceptable, difficult to use. The check in should open at least at 1600. Because of this we will consider another hotel on our next trip

Was very worried about checking in at the door as we are an elderly couple and not always that tech savvy , however ,it was made so easy ,in English and we followed everything it said and immediately we had our room number and code Absolutely brilliant!

Would just like a handrail in the shower as we are not always that steady on our feet when they are wet .

Good value, convenient overnight stop.

Breakfast is optional extra which we did not need. I was pleasantly surprised by everything else. We came off the cross channel ferry. Hotel was 5 mins from the port. Very easy to find and the late night self check in was very easy. Also a very quiet location.

Right by the ferry ⛴️! Clean

Quite noisy from other rooms and bed very firm but it was only for one night and up early for the ferry

On arrival our entry code wouldn't open the door to the hotel we were not alone as many guests had the same problem However the onsite caretaker 17-08-2025 managed to resolve this irritating malfunction No other reception staff were evident during our overnight stay Also having stayed at this hotel many times over thd last few years it is becoming rather tired and in need of upkeep maintenance

Very basic, ordinary and expensive by comparison to other local hotels

Very basic staffing and room. Actually charge for soap! Way more expensive by comparison to other hotels in the area. Not sure why as facilities very basic and rely hugely on electronic check in so fewer staff required. However does have an advantage in that electronic check in allows for later check in - assuming it works.

Perfect one night stop over

Suprisingly good quality breakfast buffet, did the job before a long drive. Tea was dire, so take tea bags if you need! Self checkin worked well as arrived very late from ferry. Rooms are very basic but I think this makes them easier to clean and everything was clean on arrival Large room (triple)

Plant based milk (not very common in France) would have been a bonus at breakfast
