● During your stay, you'll have exclusive use of the Custom Rustic Home, including the hot tub on the back deck, fire pit (no wood fires during burn bans), swing set, hammock, and propane BBQ grill. The home sits on a spacious property with beautiful natural surroundings.
● The property features a large circular driveway. The left entrance is shared with a tiny home next door, but just inside the gate the driveway splits, and the Custom Rustic Home has its own driveway and designated parking area.
● The faux wood stove "fireplace" features battery-operated, remote-controlled candles. Please note, it is not a real fireplace, so no actual fire is allowed.
● The hot tub is professionally cleaned and balanced twice a week, usually on Tuesdays and Fridays.
● Security cameras face only the driveway and yard and do not capture any areas inside the home, on the decks, or around the hot tub.

Thank you for the memories! Clean home and much newer condition than I initially expected. Based on the photos I thought we were getting something a bit more “rustic” and I was pleasantly surprised. Quiet, peaceful surroundings with deer in the morning and evening. Incredible views from two different porches that my family and I enjoyed throughout the stay. Loved the references provided by the hosts. Never would have known we could walk a few minutes down to the dam if they didn’t have the binder with suggestions in the home. Seamless communication from prior to check-in all the way to checkout. Oven and cooktop worked well. Clean and working hot tub. Outdoor grill was a little gross but we cleaned it a bit and cooked on top of foil.

The property was beautiful and just as described. The house has been well maintained and was fully stocked with cleaning supplies. Check in was smooth and simple. The hosts were unobtrusive, it felt like it was our home for the entire time we spent there.
